Always excellent customer service at this store, especially at the deli counter.

David in the seafood dept was absolutely exceptional! Davis followed protocol and told me that he could not take presteamed crab legs order over the phone and told me that it could only be done in person, but he told me that he would leave the steamer on until I got there, which I arrived about 8:56 pm. True to his word, he had it in the steamer waiting to turn it on as soon as I got there. This is an exceptional example of customer service, considering that my local Kroger that is 3 minutes away from where I live on 3093 Steve Reynolds Boulevard in Duluth, Ga told me that he was cleaning up and could not steam the crab legs for me, even when I called him 33 minutes ahead of time. That was not even the 1st time. The seafood department in that location could definitely take a page from David's customer service and use it. I am actually a manager myself at an Fortune 500 company and when I see employees that go out of their way to show great customer service, I want them recognized. David's exemplary customer service should be a standard for customer service and be uniformly applied to all departments. The cashier Lisa was outstanding in that she made me laugh and joke to top off my great experience at this Peachtree Industrial Kroger location. Thank you. Please give both David and Lisa a standing ovation for representing your company so well and making my experience and I'm sure other customers who shop here a pure pleasure in shopping here.

My normal shopping spot. The store seems well maintained and clean. Awesome bakery too.

Just your average Kroger with nothing special. Cramped store as could be at times. The meat department needs a lot of work, there's never enough selection and staff available. The pharmacy is the best, however. So-so of a store.

This place is massive. Staff are kind & helpful, though, and the supermarket is well-organised and clean. Good wine selection.

Pharmacy always exceeds their estimated time. Not buy 10 - 20 minutes, I'm talking about "your prescription should be ready in 30 minutes."

Well now it's going on an hour and a half. Dont tell me to "have a seat, it'll be ready in a few minutes" and have me sit here for well over an hour.

Love this Kroger. Always a pleasurable shopping experience.

Customer Service Desk needs TWO people all day the wait is ridiculous! Third in line for 10 minutes now.

This kroger blows, almost as hard as Kroger's "Digital Coupons".

Associates are great. Like the vegetables and natural foods. Reward points are good for a discount at the gas pump. Digital Coupons.

Found most of stuff . A2 milk is not available , but we can see in other state stores . Employee are friendly and organic fruits and vegetables are less.

This kroger don't keep their shelves stocked, well enough or quick enough. It don't matter the time morning or afternoon I will run into a bare shelf.

Kroger is not the store it used to be. Isles are crowded with "stuff", hard for senior citizens to get around, floors are dirty and some foods have expired. Discontinued 5% discount. Lowered prices on items most seniors don't eat. Probably will stop shopping there. Publix, Walmart and Ingles stores are easier to get around in and are cleaner.

The popcorn chicken is delicious and inexpensive, I eat at the deli any chance I get. Fried chicken and potato wedges, I want for nothing.

The worst Kroger in Georgia . Horrible customer service. Closes before posted hours and even before the hours they tell you in person . 0/5 stars

The prices are really good and earning fuel points are easy.

Store is always clean. The customer service personnel are superb...especially Ms Gloria.

Generally good selection of goods. The majority of the fruits and veggies are in great shape (though the berries can be hit or miss with mold, but we've seen that to be the case at most places). Despite the checkout lanes usually looking decently long in the evenings, they tend to move rather quickly.

Why am I standing in line at 10:30pm?!? Only self checkout open... Line is 10 customers long

It's a Kroger, design is different from some of the others. Staff is friendly enough. There never seems to be enough carts inside when I go there. I like this one because they have two self checkouts on opposite sides.

Clean and well kept. The shelves are normally well stocked also. Of the couple other Kroger's I go to, I call this one "The Good Kroger"

Usually stop here on my way to potlucks from work. Easy to shop quickly, great food selections... a little more specialized than other Krogers. Traffic is a little heavy right there but not a huge deterrent.

Your typical grocery store. Checkout lines are usually fast during most times, but be aware that after 10 or 11 pm only the self-checkout lanes are open & can be long & slow. This location also has a gas station that is open until 11 pm.

Clean and well stocked. The produce and bakery section are wonderful.

This Kroger is always well kept. The staff is nice and I love all the managers specials.
