Food is okay, but better sub options available from local competitors. Employees are not very friendly.

After two times of going back in there i finally got the philly cheese steak sub. Thw first time they didnt put my spicy relish and the second there was a long hair in my food. I looked in the back and no one had hair nets and this girl had her hair sticking all out while she was cooking.

Always excellent customer service and outstanding food. My favorite location!!!

If you haven't had Lenny's, they are an excellent choice for your meal. Their Jalapeno chips are the best I've ever had! Fresh cut meat stacked high on your sandwich. You won't be disappointed!

The sandwiches was off the chain, we purchased three of them we really enjoyed them yesterday we shall return Mr. Mrs . Oliver.

Service and the atmosphere are good to very good. The food is always well made and worth it. Do not overlook the salads! The buffalo chicken philly salad with ranch is my favorite item there.

Great place 4 1or group. Went after church, met with courteous, prompt service, got all orders right, food was fresh & tasty, not so loud that we could hear each other, left with feeling that our patronage was important to them.

The service was ok, my sandwich was not as good as Saturday, bacon uncooked, bread soggy and I was told Saturday my next sandwich would be free but today it wasnt

I got a grilled chicken to go. When I got home my bread was soggy. The chicken at another location was fresher than this location. I did call to tell them and they were sorry.

Don and his team are phenomenal!!! The best sandwich shop around as far as I am concerned. Nothing else compares

This was first back in a while. I was very pleased to see the remodeling. From a customer's perspective the new look is more efficient with the 3 registers. No lines and you can get in and out for lunch.

Definitely not like it was before the corporate folks took over. Not any better than Subway now Just higher priced & less quality.

This place was recommended by a friend and boy was he right! This place a good pricing and excellent subs. If I lived in the area this would definitely be a weekly stop for me. Hopefully they will migrate to middle Tennessee.

The meal was bland and the bread was soggy but the service was fast and good

Had to wait 30 minutes and call 3x for curbside service because they forgot I was here.

Cashier paid little attention when ordering. She was talking to others and chewing gum. I ordered 4 subs and had to repeat the order several times. She was not even looking at me as I was placing order, talking to other staff. Then got order and left only to find they had left one of subs out of order. I returned and the fellow said it was just left out as it came from back. Not sorry for your trouble etc. Need some people skills at this location.

Friendly staff great service in and out with no problem

Ordered philly cheese steak.
Meat tasted awful. Few cooked onions. No bell pepper at all.

I always get the Lenny's way turkey on white with the red relish ! The workers have good customer service at the hwy 64 location.

I disagree with Chris Walker there prices never went up and the SIZES of the sandwiches are the same. The restaurant is a little slow with cleaning up the tables. And I'm not making this review to disagree with him. They are VERY FAST with getting out your order I have never hated more than 10 min to get my food.

Staff has no sense of urgency. I waited almost 20 minutes to get a simple sandwich with only one customer headed of me and about a half dozen employees milling around inside. It s almost as if they rather be anywhere else and could care less about when they get around to taking care of the customers. Not the location to visit, there are plenty of other Lenny s locations that are far better then this one.

I really enjoy lennys. The food is fresh and made just the way I want.

Lenny's is ok, but not the best sub in the world. I sheets go for the hot pretty relish. It turns a 6 sandwich into a 10.

I started coming here when Lenny and Sheila were making the sandwiches. They still hire employees that care and tend to stay. I have known the owner for at least 10 years through Lenny's and can't imagine a friendlier more professional and qualified purveyor of fast food. One of my favorite lunch spots. Try the Black Bean Veggie sometime.

Hands down the BEST Lenny's location in the Memphis Area. I have eaten at all of them and I can say without a doubt that this location is a 5 star establishment! The sandwiches are amazing. The Staff is great. The ONLY thing bad about this place is that its so good there is almost always a line! I generally have to go to lunch 30 minutes early when I decide to eat Lenny's just so I can beat the rush. So if they only complaint is the lines are to long because they are awesome...well I'd say it's worth stopping in and trying them out.

How can you mess up a cold cut sandwich? I asked for one right off the menu with no special request or alterations and it was still wrong. There was enough mayonnaise that looked so nasty,even Linda Lovelace would of choked on it. Outrageous! Ridiculous!

Good food, good management, kept clean by the staff. I've eaten here a few times, and always have good experience, will suggest this to other people. You shouldn't be disappointed.

As everything opens I understand there will be set backs, but this evening ordering via 'postmates' was a nightmare, my order was unsatisfactory, it took forever to get my order and the staff looked like they didn't have a clue what was going on.

The phillycheese steak is ahhhhsome, facility clean bathroom clean one thing high school kids working and not really friendly but okay

HORRIBLE!!!..go there if you want a dry old sandwich with no condiments I am so upset I want there at 9:45pm and they close at 10pm because I would ve took my sandwich back...very disappointed at this location

For me to write ANY review, something has to be outstanding. Unfortunately, this place is outstanding, in the worst way. Food was decent but, service was terrible! Waited for 45 minutes to get our food, to find out that they gave it away to another customer and instead of hurrying to make another, they didn't put in our order...AT ALL! Then, instead of giving us our money back, they charged us AGAIN! Incompetent would be the nicest way to describe this place!! Do yourself a favor and spend your money ANYWHERE else!!!
