She completed everything and got my closing done by the date we needed. She went out of her way to find me someone who could meet with us to complete the paperwork after the first agent canceled our appointment. My husband and I were willing to travel halfway to meet our closing agent which was 95 miles for us.

My financial circumstances totally qualified me to buy, but my personal situation made underwriting difficult. Jeremy did not give up, and figured out a way to work through the issues holding up approval. I had been working with 2 loan officers before and lost out on those houses because they gave up at the first sign of difficulty. Jeremy stuck it out, and went to battle for me, and now I can give my family a new home for Christmas.
