When I wanted to refinance my home due to a CD balloon I was dealing with a bank that was a nightmare. It had been 7 months since I first applied for a mortgage. They would do one task every 30 days. Alan came walking up my driveway one day and said he could close my mortgage in two weeks. I didn't believe him but gave him a shot. He closed in two weeks. Quite impressive.

Lend Smart did not show up at final closing, was not easily available by phone at closing, and did not fully complete all required financial forms required by underwriters which caused problem finalizing the loan/obtaining approval and confusion for all parties. Was a very stressful closing experience and would not use Lend Smart services again.

Julian worked relentlessly, kept us posted on a progress of our mortage application and helped us close on time despite multiple complications-job change, contracting job nature of coapplicant, only 3.5% downpayment, 1 year work history. His guidance through the application process is solid and honest. When we found an error on my credit report that drove it lower than it should have been, Colin went above and beyond to help me get that error corrected - even helping drafting a letter to some office in the Philippines!
