Jeremy did an amazing job. Not only was he always available for questions and quick to reply, but he went above and beyond to get my deal worked out. I had a very complicated situation where I was purchasing a home and my divorce wasn't final. My financial circumstances totally qualified me to buy, but my personal situation made underwriting difficult. Jeremy did not give up, and figured out a way to work through the issues holding up approval. I had been working with 2 loan officers before and lost out on those houses because they gave up at the first sign of difficulty. Jeremy stuck it out, and went to battle for me, and now I can give my family a new home for Christmas.
