This gym is Perfectly run, spotless amenities and very at tentative instructors, each program is specifically designed for each individual and there is always someone around to assist if you require them. Love this gym :-)

Great fun. However staff should inform you if waterslides are closing in less than an hr so you dont spend $70 on 5 kids for less than an hr! Was only going to do swim but inquired on single slide price, at that point i was upsold and encouraged to purchase unlimited for each as better value....correct, if it wasnt closing slides in less than an hour! Not very pleased with response when i addressed staff at counter either.

Great place to bring the kids in summer. Change rooms are always kept neat and tidy. Cafe is a tad pricey but doesn't detract from the over all experience

Terrible attitude of the women tonight at the door checking id. She accused my mum of not having a booking. My mum proved her booking and proceeded to enter. How dare you be so rude to an innocent person. My mum will be making a complaint. Next time you be so rude, maybe apologise when your wrong. No excuses for your attitude!

Great parent and toddler entry price. However please stop leaving the door to outside area open in winter. This door is closest to the toddler pool which makes this pool cold. The water is considerably colder than the kids pool. Yesterday the lifeguards at the pool were wearing coats so it has to be cold for people that are just in bathers and already wet. Also too many public announcements on a poor quality PA system. The messages are inaudible. We like this pool and use it a lot, but could do better.

I went here for the hydrotherapy sessions as I had a bad back injury and for they have excellent facilities that accommodate anybody and there's nothing I can fault about them. Awesome staff, plenty of parking and awesome facilities make for a great experience

BEWARE! Staff at front desk will try to over charge you for entry, this has happened on more than one occasion. Has decent facilities but is overpriced.

Gym is futuristic most gym equitment is fitted with a display witch you can watch live tv on track your progress and listen to music on (music is only avalable with headphones/earplugs

Charged extra for holiday swimming lessons which swimming lessons cancelled over holidays. Not happy. Cancelled my son's swimming membership.

Nice centre, it's a shame staff don't make sure people clean up after themselves.

From pools of sweat on benches, to bars and equipment left loaded with hundreds of kilos.

The centre really needs to get their act together.

Today a boy was stuck on the water slide. Staff were slow to react. They waited at least five minutes before the management reacted. Lifesaving and guards did not respond to a incident. Their response was based on bad behaviour of kids in the blue slide rather than trying to find a missing child . Parents were about to jump in . When staff finally got on board they were argumentative and slow . Praise to the one life guard that rescued the child . Boo to the lack of response from staff that spent time talking and not acting. . You could have done a lot more

I want to address the good before the bad. Excellent facilities, nice environment, majority of patrons adhere to etiquette and everytime I leave I feel great.
The bad; pretentious staff and over priced. It isn't specifically a Leisure link problem but something you find at public pools. The lifeguards develop an authoritarian complex and it seems to influence their behaviour so much so, some of the staff at Leisure link come across pretentious and arrogant. Not a quality you want in an individual who's supposedly looking out for your children's safety.
I'm not speaking for all of my interactions there, some of the staff are absolutely fantastic. Leisure link (waurn ponds) would be a much nicer place if majority of staff would address their unhealthy behaviour.
I also understand they're only human and we all have bad days. Just make a better effort to ensure your service responsilities are fulfilled to the best of your ability, or, seek another profession.

Friendly staff, good facilities. My son has had swimming lessons here for the last 13 months and has been loving it. The water playground is great for kids. Yet to try the large water slide, but it looks very popular. The lap pool varies in size between 25m and 50m depending on the time of day.

Fantastic place to take the family. Although I think they need to put the prices down a fractions and the change rooms are ok but could improve. It is really nice pool and the waterslides and park are good. Staff could be a bit better but overall great place

Good place to swim and good place for lessons for kids.

Facilitos are great but the staff are really letting it down. Geelong is full of obese people and everyone needs to get out and move around and enjoy the amenities of this centre, however the old ladies at the front counter are going through hormonal changes and are very nasty to the customers. Try and lighten up. Lucky the management are really nice so if you have a problem with any of the staff or if they are not very nice to you just ask for Jenny or Joel, at least these people can sort out any issues you have.

There are several pool for general swimming, fast swimming, therapy pool, swimming school pool, warm water pool with beach for toddlers and inside water playground. You need to pay extra for using mega slides, steam room, sauna and spa with fair price. Please ensure toddler is wearing the swimming pants and teaching kids to toilet in the restrooms, to keep the pool nice and clean! Many functional studio for gym and programs, quite well organised.

Been a member for over 5 years and this gym in particular has some of the most impatient and power hungry staff I have come across.

It was so much fun and there is so much space for everyone

Just walked in as my physio booked me some 25 pool pass. They told him i had to walk in and organise this. Then told not to interact with them or do any payments or anything. Do it all online by email. So why do they have 3 receptionist to stare out the window and twiddle thumbs for. And to make it worst rudley interupted while talking. And they rolled there eyes at me. While explaining what there staff member told my physio. 1st impressions count. I was going to book my kids bday parties there. Will cancel that now. And would never recomend this place.

Little pricey just for a few laps but friendly staff, plenty of space and nice and clean. Very happy it will be my local centre soon! Great set up for kids as well!

Really nice place for a swim and relax in the heated pool, spa, sauna and steam room.

Most rewarding. The team is very friendly + a friend and myself swim a kilometre after gym three times a week so the benefits are enormous for my health.

Went with my husband and son. We love this facility for the following reason - 1) centre is spacious and clean, and feels really welcoming. 2) Highly recommended for family with children. There are a number of pools. A learn to swim pool that is only about 0.9m deep. Good for 3yo and above to learn swimming there. Also has a wide pool that is much shallow good for infants and toddler. Also has wsterslides and water park for children who just want to play and run around. 3) There are a number of change rooms and family change rooms. Did not even see a queue for the bathroom unlike werribee aquatic center. 4) entry price is very reasonable. A parent with child below 5yo pays only $6. An adult $8. Think it does not include waterslide but you can check this out. 5) food in cafeteria is quite nice. My husband had calamari and chips. We love the chips. Price not too ex.
Overall very impressed on our first visit and we have decided to come here whenever we can. Dun mindmthe travel. A few negatives are, we dun see a lot of floats around. May have to get your own. Warm pool does not allow parent with older children at certain times too... But we still manage to get my boy in there for a while. Staff was very polite when he finally ask us to come out. Happy.

really nice and clean facility, very happy with the state of the toilets. lots of lanes to swim in, no matter your swimming speed. plus I was allowed to practice snorkelling in there, so that was nice.
