It's Saturday morning, I am sitting in their parking lot at 8:15 in the morning. There is not one patient here, no other cars in the lot. I call to ask if they can see my dog who is very sick. The woman on the phone tell me they are booked up till next week. But I can take my dog to U f emergency vet. Which cost an arm and a leg. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone. They should not be in the business of helping animals if they can't help when your animals need them the most.

I have always had friendly and caring techs here. The vet is very good and will treat your pet like her own. Highly recommend this veterinary practice.

Best place in town to take your pets, hands down. Dr. Collins and Dr. Brethel are great! Very caring and not all about making money! The staff are all very friendly and compassionate. I will never take my pets anywhere else!

I love this vet clinic! The staff have really gotten to know and love my dog and they give him the best treatment. I love Dr. Collins, she really takes the time to listen to me and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. She is very knowledgeable and truly loves working with animals!

We moved here from Pennsylvania. My mini Doxie had ant bites on him. All I wanted was confirmation and local knowledge on what to treat and protect him with. I told them he had shots and full exam less than a month ago. They seemed more interested in my credit card than my questions. Where can I find a vet that isn't cookie cutter assembly line.

I have brought so many of my pets here! My dogs and even my parrots, everything has been good.The staff has a really wide range of knowledge so that's why we continue to come here. The pricing is good to do I definitely recommend it.

Dr. Billiar is great! She is so good with my animals and knows what she's doing - and I've had every animal ever. I know they are safe at All Pets Clinic.

The old staff was so much better. It's gone down hill. Not friendly. I have a 15 yr.old York is and she is in pain and has anxiety and would Not give my baby any meds to relieve her nerves & pain!! Not happy at all!!!

I breed dogs and reptiles so we always take our animals to get certifications at All Pets Clinic. We also get vaccinations and de-worming done there. Our reptiles get checked for parasites as well. We use All Pets Clinic for everything, they are very personable.

I just called to make an appointment but after reading reviews, do not want to get into that office again. I liked Suzanne sooo much and would like to bring my dog back to her but going through that office staff is a horrendous chore and do not want to deal with it when my dog is sick. She was going to work on that communication with the staff but looks like it has not happened yet. Too bad.

I just moved here looking for a good vet and I am very upset with this clinic I will not return said they would get vet records before seeing my babies even went as far as giving them the phone number so they did not have to even look it up all they would have to do is call them I gave them all the info on all my animals and still when I came in they didn t have the info had to redue the all my animals info and they had to turn around and ask again about the phone number of my last vet from my home state did not have any of the info I mean come on if u really care about the animals and u said u were going to get the info then do it and this only the first upset second upset was when the doctor came in with an attitude did not like her attitude very boastful which I am one u boast about yourself there will be a fall that doesn t impress me the only thing I liked about this clinic is the tech she was very sweet I liked her attitude well done tech If u were the dr I probably would stay thanks I do well with kindness

We took our cat Blakie to All pet's clinic. He was having UTI and kidney issues. We were scared that he would die. This team of people at this clinic are the best. They brought him back to life. We are forever greatfull. I recommend this clinic to everyone.

Staff was very informative, knowledgeable and friendly. The vets try to make sure you understand the diagnosis, treatment options and outcome. That's very important to me. I've been taking my cats to All Pets for about a year and I'm very pleased so far. It is very nice and the rest her staff is welcoming as well. During each examination the doctor and staff are very professional and knowledgeable about veterinary healthcare.

I absolutely love All Pets Clinic. The staff is always helpful, and kind. They treat my babies, like they'd treat their own. They go above and beyond to make sure you and your pet have the best experience while getting their care as possible. I am beyond stoked to be a client and they are now my forever home vet.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Tech advised about tests my dog would be given and what the cost would be, allowing me the option of doing something now or later. Vet answered all my questions there was no pressure to do something now as opposed to later. I would recommend this clinic to my friends.

Great staff! Very friendly and compassionate. We have a gopher turtle that lives in our yard one morning my son found him bleeding and badly hurt. He was attacked by a dog. We called local clinics and rehabs and they all turned him down. All pets clinic took him in treated his wounds and rehabilitated him for me. After a week of treatment and rehab they called me and gave me the chance to release him back in our yard.

Dr. Billiar and the staff at All Pets are great! They are extremely knowledgeable and professional in their field. Every visit is informative and they provide great information on the general health and wellness of my dog.

Dr. Collins is the first vet to look deeper and get to the bottom of ski health issues. She took her time ,called with results. Staff is great and kind. Glad to finally find a Great caring vet thats all about the animals health not the money...

Amazing staff. We had a bunny emergency on a Friday and they were the only Vet willing to get us in that same afternoon so that she didn't suffer over the weekend. Received great service and went home that day with a happy healthy bunny. Highly recommend!!

I brought my baby in and she ended up being sicker than I knew. Thanks to the doc she is doing a lot better and I couldn't ask for a better doctor. I will continue going to see her because she cares more about the animal than anything. They print out how everything they believe the animal needs and pricing for each. They go into detail of what everything on that list is for including product to help the animal get back up to 100%. They then tell you what they feel is ASAP and you tell them from that list what you can afford now. They don't pressure you into buying a bunch of stuff that may or may not help. She is very informative and amazing.

All Pets Clinic has the best veterinarian and staff ever. As a team, they go above and beyond for the animals. The clinic is very clean and has "welcoming vibes" the minute you enter the door. The outdoor area is all fenced in which provides security for your pet if and when he/she needs to be taken outside to go potty.

We drive 1.5 hours one way to see Dr. Collins with our pets.

Dr. Billiar and the staff at All Pets are absolutely excellent. I am so totally satisfied compared to my vets that I had when I lived up north.

Got our two cats vaccinated here, everyone from the young lady working the front desk to the tech to the doctor himself were wonderful. They did a comprehensive exam and got our pets history and were really gentle with our animals. I'd recommend them to everyone.

I have taken all my pets here. 3 dogs, 5 birds and several rescue and release wildlife that I had a little trouble with. The vet there "Suzanne" is very informative and takes her time to answer questions. The staff is friendly and compassionate. What more could you ask for ?

Dr. Billiar has been our vet almost 20 years, and the dogs love her to death. I would not trust my furkids with any other doctor.

This place is awesome! The staff are kind, polite, and understanding. They don't over charge or take advantage of you. They take great care of your animals. They haven't let me down, not once and I've taken almost all my cats there to be fixed many different times I honestly trust them with my fur-babies.(I don't really trust any one with my fur-babies)

It was an hour drive for me but well worth it seeing as how I have a bearded dragon and man did she need them nails clipped....well worth the drive.

on to the next! when I walked in to see how it was there & the prices, the lady in the front desk seemed like she didnt want to be bothered. she didnt even say hello or good morning to me. they made a horrible 1st impression on me, so I went to another vet.

I cant even begin to explain how amazing the Dr and Staff is here!!! My cat of 8 years got attacked by two pit bulls. I rushed him in for them to not only save his life but they did everything they could for me personally. I had to bring my 4 month old with me the vet tech helped entertain him while having to deal with what the outcome could be for my cat, they helped me transport my cat to and from my car, etc. This is the only place I'll ever bring my animals. If you are in a financial situation they do anything they possibly can to help you out. A lot of vets dont always show they are here for the actual pet but only $. This place on the other hand has an incredible staff that really does care for the pets!! Thank you so much again for everything!!! Turkey is grateful for having such a great Vet Tech and Dr.

I took my cat for an exam before getting his dental. That day we decided to get blood work done also. The blood work was good. A month after his dental I brought him in for check-up because he became sick. He had lost almost 2 pounds and was very dehydrated. They decided to take more blood work. Instead of waiting for results, which takes about 15 min., I was told to go home and they would call after hours. I did not understand that because he was so sick and might of needed medication. Well thy did not call that evening. The next day which was Sat. I ended up calling 3 different times, each time too busy to tell me the results. The last time I called I was very upset because they close early and I felt my cat needed help. They said again they still were very busy, so I said I will have to take him to another vet! That Monday I took him elsewhere and they had all his medical papers sent to them. If he did not get medical attention that day by Tues. he could of been dead!! His HCT was 45.7 and dropped to 17.7. When dropping to 15 it calls for a blood transfusion. Medication did not work to bring it up, so he did need a blood transfusion and feeding tube. I called the O.M. at All Pets wanting answers why no one there got back to me about this. I also wanted to know why they prescribed 125mg of clavamox to a 11 pound cat instead of 62.5. He got over double what he should of got. I never did get any straight answers by him! The last time I had a conversation with him he actually told me TO GET OVER IT!!. He also stated once I should of went to the emergency! Why would of I have gone there when I did not know he was dying until that Mon.! This O.M. should not be dealing with the public, he's very uncaring and rude. It was also 10 days later after his dental I called about taking the clavamox and they stated he should of got it when he went home that day. I was never told this. Also every time you call about something they say I'll write a note to the vet and we will get back to you and they never do. This experience has been the worst nightmare I have ever had at a vet. My cat also did end up dying. He was only 8 years old.

I love that the Doctors at All Pets Clinic are experienced with exotic animals. I have sugar gliders, and here they are well taken care of.

I have not even had the chance to meet Dr. Billiar but so far has been an amazing experience! They have fantastic customer service and always so nice on the phone. I am so impressed with it all the way around and I have now transferred all my animals to them. And they seem to actually care instead of taking advantage of the pet owner like our old vet did. :)

Very friendly and compassionate. My dog had a bunch of testing done and they made me aware of the cost along the way with out me asking about price once. Up front and honest.

Dr Collins is genuinely concerned for your animal's health and well being. Ladies at check out desk are wonderful. No feeling of being rushed. Been going here for over 10 years.

I bring all 7 (yes, I said seven...cats, big dogs, little dogs who think they are big dogs and a lizard..lol) of my "babies" to All Pets Clinic. Something always seems to keep me busy between the lot of them and All Pets has always been very accomidating. It's hard to find a Vet Clinic that puts so much work and warmth into what they do. I wouldn't take my crew to anyone else.

Dr. Collins is an amazing veterinarian who is not only compassionate but will go out of her way to help you and care for your pets. She takes the time to explain things and is so understanding so she will do what is best for you and your pet.

Bad attitude all around, the staff is just AWEFUL! The vet has a terrible bed-side manner and if you have a sick pet good luck getting in. Had an appointment even though I did think twice about going back here, was 11 min late due to fighting with the cat to get into the carrier...and I was promptly told by the receptionist holding a conversation in an EMPTY waiting room that they would need to reschedule. I asked if they could double check with the vet as I was already there and not THAT late (as I have waited MUCH longer than 15 min to be seen in the past) if she might be able to see us. She said the Dr. was with a patient and proceeded to sit and do nothing more than continue her conversation. Thank you for your unprofessional atmosphere as when I look at your reviews I can see many people agree with me. I shall go elsewhere. Best of luck.

Brought my ferrets in today to get established with the dr. Both the dr and the tech were wonderful. They were very patient with my questions and made me feel very comfortable.The price for services is very reasonable.

I have taken our pet guinea pig to get his nails trimmed. I have boarded him and I have taken him for evaluations. The staff is wonderful, Friendly, knowledgeable and great with my pet. I recommend them highly!

I recently bought a new puppy and was unhappy with the Vet I had taken her to. I went to Dr. Billiar and I am very satisfied. We go for our annual checkup and she has very reasonable prices which is very important nowadays!
