I just love this place. The gym is spacious, lots of new machines, free WiFi, helpful staff, and plenty of free sessions for members. There's a wide range of group classes with great instructors and now options for virtual classes so there's almost always something on. The pool is often split into 25m lanes but the website says when it's 50m. There's only a few change rooms and showers outside the pool area but they are clean and generally available. There's plenty of parking and also many ways to get there using public transport.

My kids do lessons here. It has a cafe so I can grab a coffee while waiting at the lessons. And lockable change rooms with showers which is awesome. My youngest like the indoor water park... be good if they had outdoor area for the summer.

Charges more to go into the steam room or sauna than to swim. Swimming memberships also don't incl. access to these areas, my previous experiences at other locations have always made these accessible as soon as you gained entry to the pool. Far too expensive and silly.

Good place to go for keeping fit, the pool staff can be a bit over the top with their role, and the gentle exercise pool which was a rehab pool should only be for those requiring gentle exercise and not babies and toddlers learn to swim pool, there are other pools in the complex for this. If they must place babies in this pool, it should be compulsory they wear proper swim nappies, then the pool would not be required to be closed after they do poo in the pools. I wonder how the funding for this pool is arranged, is it a rehab pool or a learn to swim pool.

Love the pool. It's just always insanely busy. I always look on google at the live tracker of how busy it is and I go when it says it isnt busy but then I get there and I can't even get a lane. And even when you get a lane there's no guarantee you'll keep it. Two weeks ago I had a lane taken over by a lady, a man and his son. I was in there first, how on earth did they think the 4 of us where going to fit in that lane! I've read reviews of life guards being to stricked and honestly I think the opposite. I've also had kids messing around playing marko pollo mid lane and I end up giveing up and getting out because I get too angry. And in this case I say ok I'll go in the heated pool and do some light exercise, its what my doctor says im meant to be doing anyway. and the pool is FULL of people standing around talking and in a lot of cases playing around which it says in the rules that's not aloud.. People need the space to do rehabilitation and they can't even get it. I don't know how staff could fix this, I know everyone has paid to get in there but it's become not worth the money for me unfortunately. I'm hoping it's just busyer in warmer months and I can go back when winter comes

I am currently a disability worker and I took a client (5 year old boy) for a swim and play. I have never been more disappointed in the quality of staff.
I watched as a staff member came up to my client in the pool and literally grabbed his kickboard of him and walked away with it as it was the pools property but yet it was l left on the side of the pool abandoned in the first place. Instead of asking this young child if he could please have that back, just snatched it out of his hands. I went up to speak to the life guard who did this and he rolled his eyes and walked off. I made a formal complaint at the front desk but they seemed highly disinterested.
Along with that there were two female life guards whom were standing around talking and then eating icy poles when they were suppose to be watching children keeping them safe.
Great facilities but by far the worst encounter I have had with staff. I will not be returning.

Facilities look great. But charging me to just watch my child swim?! You re not a tourist attraction where you can charge people to watch.... it s a public pool! It s disgusting to charge someone for NOT using your facilities. Perfect example of how to earn money off parents without providing any service.

A great center best in Geelong. Good change rooms , lots of pools . Large car park . Next to shopping center and easy access from cold road. The staff are friendly and helpful. They have many swim programs for all ages. It does get very busy but that is the nature of these centers. There is a separate fitness centre.

Noisy, dirty water, overpriced. Rate payers should get a discount and parents/carers who aren't swimming shouldn't have to pay a fee for just entering. The counter staff aren't friendly. BTW, low income families should get in for free so the kids can have a treat and learn to swim.

Not a bad place, usually overcrowded. Kids that should be at arm's length from their parents that are unable to swim properly are running rampant and it's not policed. Been four times, same amount of people, same ages everytime, prices were different every time.

Great clean facilities. Easy parking and access and very well priced. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon in early March and was surprised at how quiet it was. Solid waterslides with literally no line for 2+ hrs. Happy family. Recommended venue for down fun and swimming

Did swimming lessons here when I was a kid, it's definitely changed and improved a lot. The cafe is so much better than it was use to be and I love the library next door. My class in school was use to come here for swimming lessons every second and fourth term, happiest childhood memories I have. Loved the little water park. It's not very clean, that's probably the only down side about this swimming center. Very friendly staff.

Amenities are good. Very Overpriced however. Especially for a family with 2 disabled people needing water therapy and 3 teenagers. Family membership prices are disgracefully expensive which allows you to use all of the leisurelink associated pools but you cannot join that one facility. We don't use any other pool because this one is literally around the corner from us. We have to buy package passes that entitles you to a certain number of visits instead. Ridiculous

Very angry I drive 20 minutes along with my daughter to go after checking online and by phone, (computer message), only to find it closed. That's not fair on us and very bad management by them!

A busy complex that meets the requirements. Has physiotherapy operating there as well and the public library is next to it. The large Waurne Ponds shopping centre is opposite as well as other complexes within a short drive.

I mean, it's the best pool complex on Geelong. they could allow more lanes for general swimming, like there will be no one doing laps and there will be nearly all the space taken up by laps! The lifeguards, however many there are (lots), they don't really monitor the pool effectively, I often see two in one area and I can clearly see little kids out of their vision. So if the manager reads this, you need to teach them to spread out more. The snack bar on the pool side, not so good service, they just walk away if you spend more then a minute deciding on something. Still a good place, especially for little kids.
