I called three different fiberglass pool manufacturers trying to get information about buying a pool for next year. Nobody called me back or took my call. One manufacturer told me good luck when I said I wanted a pool next spring. I called Leisure Pools on Friday and was passed around from the logistics manager to finance and finally connected to a Mr Massa. He spent 15 -20 minutes on the phone explaining the difference between their pools and competition. . He also explained the reasons for a variable multi speed pump, how to use a phone app to control the lights and heater on a pool. It was SO nice to finally talk to a person and not be referred to a website for information. I have a Builder coming to give me the price this week. Hope to be swimming in a Leisure Pool next spring. I am writing this review because I called back on Saturday and he picked up his phone and answered some questions about a heat pump vs a gas heater. Diving
We are a dealer and install Leisure Pools. They are great quality pools and the employees are great to work with. I can stand behind a great company that takes pride in their work.
In the process of getting pool installed. So far not to good. Partly because of covid but mostly because of lack communication, incorrect drainage and cement work. Waiting to see how long it will take for the issues to be corrected. The Tile contractor has started and is doing great work but will be delayed until the cement, drain issues get corrected. Will give another review whenever this pool gets completed.
We had a Leisure Pinnacle installed last summer only to discover that Leisure has no concern for their customers quality of service from the approved Leisure dealer and installers. We have spoken to Leisure's regional sales manager, Tim Denning, numerous times but only told Leisure can't help. Our pool was installed with a gaping sag in the center of nearly 4 inches low, high on the ends, no support under the shallow end, out of level, improper pump and electrical operation, improper skimmer install, the list goes on and on. If Leisure were concerned about the reputation of their product they would have sent a representative out to see this eye sore first hand. Instead Leisure is only concerned with selling pools, not customer satisfaction. We will continue to warn everyone to avoid spending such a large amount of money with a company that has NO STANDARDS until they figure this debacle out.
We have been working together with Leisure Pools USA for many years. They have been outstanding! Even when we have minor hiccups (which is not often) they are on top of the situation to get it handled. They have great customer service and we look forward to working with them for many years to come.
We purchased a house with a Leisure Pool and have been very impressed with it. In the spring we heated it up to "hot tub" temperature several times. The pool heated quickly and our utility bill was unexpectedly low.
Recently we called the office for some repairs. They were completed extremely fast. The person sent in was professional and very nice. After the job he left the yard very clean.
We ordered a pool from this company at the end of 2020. While we appreciate that COVID has caused disruptions in the supply chain, we could not be more unhappy with the way we have been treated by this company.
We sent over $30,000 to Leisure Pools at the end of 2020 and apparently this entitles us to absolutely no communication. Leisure Pools USA has our money, but will not answer ANY questions about when we may anticipate taking delivery, or even acknowledge we have a pool ordered with them. Imagine calling a company that you sent money to and they cannot even answer whether you are in their system.....concerning to say the least. We started inquiring about delivery dates when the ground thawed, over 6 weeks ago, because that is when it was initially promised.
We have: 1) Gone through our local installer to obtain information. Nothing. The regional sales rep they talk to literally knows nothing according to them. So... 2) Called the Regional Sales Rep ourselves to see what we could learn. No return call. 3) Contacted "Customer Service" via Facebook. Lo and behold a nice sounding person responded, said they understood our frustration, promised to look into it and then, you guessed it. Nothing. 4) Called the Nice woman at the Leisure Pools front desk. Explained to her our frustration. She seemed to understand. Then, nothing.
We have spoken to our local installer. They carry Leisure Pools and Thursday Pools. Thursday Pools has been in communication with them and she stated that they have met their lead times. We really wish we had gone with Thursday Pools, and recommend that whomever reads this learns from our mistakes and DOES NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LEISURE POOLS. GO WITH ANY OTHER COMPANY. We are not unreasonable people. But communication is everything, and you absolutely will not get it, or a pool, with Leisure Pools USA.
As a Leisure Pools dealer for almost a decade, Custom Pool has never had a standing issue with Leisure Pools. Everyone from corporate, all the way down to the great people at our local yard have been incredibly helpful and kind no matter the circumstances, and are always willing to help out in any way that they can. That quality shows in every one of their shells and other products as well. Before we made the switch to Leisure, other shells were prone to cracking just from transit. With Leisure's shells, we can always expect top quality and a happy customer at the end of the day. I will personally see that Custom Pool remains a Leisure Dealer for the foreseeable future.
