Great as always! Buffed my ring and repaired a broken watch band. My wedding ring now looks new and the loose baguettes were tightened.

I had a wedding cake service buffed out and cleaned and it turned out lovely. I also had charms put on my sterling silver charm bracelet and my gold charm bracelet. I also had a necklace fixed to that kept turning on me. The work done was great and finished very quickly.

I love this jewelry store because the owners give such great personal service. They have an excellent selection & there is usually a jeweler on premise. I am a repeat customer.

Went in to ask about having my ring cleaned and inspected since i've moved here from another state and can no longer have the jeweler I purchased it from maintain it. Jennifer stopped what she was doing to clean the ring on the spot (it was sparkling when she finished with it) and check for loose stones. Not only does Charles Jewelers have some beautiful pieces, I really appreciate the great customer service.

I have been coming to Charles Jewelers for several years. It's nice to have a local store with high quality pieces - AND a nice, knowledgable, professional staff. The owners, Jackie and Jennifer, take so much time and don't put on high pressure. (They've also helped my husband pick out the perfect things for me twice.) I've recommenced the store to many friends and they were treated so well too. I'll be using them for many years!

Jackie is the best. She has a heart of gold and is extremely honest. Her shop offers quality and beautiful products for an outstanding price! I always purchase gifts for my wife from Charles Jewelers. Love this place!

I don't live in Tampa Palm anymore and I don't often have a need for a jeweler. That being said, the only place I've ever felt comfortable has been when I've met with Jackie at Charles Jewelers. She is a fair and honest merchant which is hard to come by. I will always make the trip out to go here. Thank you!
