As a designer I love the light style Quoizel offers, however, after a hi-end restoration project using a pair of their outdoor-rated lanterns the finish peeled off and was exposed to the bare metal. This wasn't the worst experience compared to the lack of customer service to replace the lantern. I've been following-up for many weeks after reporting the problem with pics and still have not heard any response. Client is NOT happy which makes my company look bad. Great looking expensive lights but don't expect them to last long...be prepared to replace them soon after they're installed.

Customer service took 3 weeks to get back to me on a replacement part...and they want $40 per globe for the glass on the Kolt fixture. It's a pretty fixture and fairly easy to install, but I'll never buy from them again. Not worth it.

I look forward to the annual sale. Great selection but you have to get there early:-)

1 Star for the design, 1 Star for existing. Customer service is non existent. I waited a month and have no ETA for a component missing from the original package. The rep asked me to allow time for order processing; what takes a over a month to schedule an ETA?

Great people, very professional staff. Gets you loaded and out less then a hour.
