It was really bad service.

It was really bad service.
Doctors don't respect your time.
I waited three hours to be seen while just three people were ahead of me.
Doctor after seeing someone would wait 15 to 20 minutes to call someone else whilst no one else was inside

I have to commend children s A&E as well as Ward 11 for looking after our 20 month year old son this week. The level of care and attention from all of the staff was second to none. Ward 11 is very well set up for children too - he absolutely loved the fish tank, play room, and all manner of ride on toys to zoom up and down the corridor on. Really grateful for all the wonderful doctors, nurses and support staff.

I attended The eye clinic yesterday.

I attended The eye clinic yesterday.
The biggest complaint from me is the letter sent to me with the appt. Said pupil dilating eye drops would be used. No driving afterwards .dark glasses to be worn.
No eye drops were required apparently and have not been required for sometime for the in depth retinal photo I can done.
SO WHY ON EARTH SAY THAT THEY WOULD!!!???!!!???
I could have driven myself instead of involving my husband. Many other people would have had to inconvenience a friend or relative.
The staff that carried out the procedure were NOT the problem here .
They were very good .

Visited the emergency eye department, main cafe and pharmacy. All staff were polite, kind and helpful. Really helped to soften a traumatic experience. Thank you all, especially Valentina in the eye clinic and the ladies in the pharmacy

My Grandmother was on ward 33 for three days and myself and the family agree that she could not have been treated better, every test that needed doing was done , and more.
This has really restored our trust in the NHS.
Thank you ward 33
