I've had wonderful experiences there. I may go somewhere else to save money, but always have to go see Shelby to have her fix my hair. She's the best I've ever dealt with. She really is great at what she does. The rest of the staff is super nice too.

I was charged for hair cut I did t receive then tried to just give me store credit. They knew they didn t cut my hair didn t touch my hair with scissors! Trying to get over on the ones who are paying these outrageous prices anyways! The people who without them you wouldn t have a job! Not how you run a business for sure! I was also charged the first time I went for styling my hair and they couldn t use blow dryers! I won t get refunded for that I m sure but it s ok! I ll take my money else where!

Shelby did an awesome job with my trim. Love the complimentary scalp and neck massage. The salon is very cozy and welcoming. Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and helpful. They have an array of products to offer. Will definitely be returning again!

As always, a great experience at the men's side of Lasting Impressions, Bulldogs! Even though they're always on schedule, I wouldn't mind waiting in their comfy chairs, watching TV, and sipping a warm drink.

There is no more beautiful hair color than provided by the Aveda color professionals! The salon has a friendly upbeat atmosphere that is comfortable....never rigid. The spa area has the warmth of a home. Plenty of Aveda products to choose from!

I've been here twice and both times I was greeted like a long lost friend. Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

The only little hiccup I have experienced was this past weekend. I had made an appointment to get my makeup done for my wedding. I asked the lady on the phone how long it usually took...like an average time. She responded with "30 minutes". So I based my appointment time and the rest of my day on the answer I received.

My appointment was at 2:30 and I didn't get out of there until 3:45-4 ish. Even though it took longer the wedding still went on without any problems. And I was amazed with how awesome my makeup looked. I didn't recognize my own selfie in my phone later that night haha

Now don't get me wrong I enjoyed my time. I laughed a lot and I plan on doing business with these ladies again. Just if you are planning on getting your makeup done...plan on longer than 30 minutes

I love Lasting Impressions! The salon is very inviting and everyone is so friendly. I travel 45 minutes every 5 weeks for Nikki to cut and color my hair. She does an excellent job and I live for the head and shoulder massage. My color and cut is exactly what I want! I live near Cincinnati but I gladly drive to Maysville for my appointments. Kudos to Nikki, Patti, Shelby and Laronda - great job ladies!!!!

Tiffany Scott does amazing work with permanent makeup. She is professional and extremely focused on perfection. I would recommend her to anyone!

I've been going to Lasting Impressions for several years. Always a great experience. The massages are almost as good as the hair cuts. Nikki is super. The atmosphere is terrific and the girls are the most friendly anywhere. They offer free drinks--maybe even a beer, but what you need to know this a great comfortable place to experience a hair cut!---and it is done well!

The wonderful ladies at Lasting impressions consistently go above and beyond to provide a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. They are always pleasant and attend to every need throughout my appointment time. These women are professional and caring whether you are doing in their chair or not. I will not go anywhere else.

Great service and they even serve you a glass of wine if you want to get that big city experience!
