Plenty to see, ideally need 2 days to do it all. Be prepared to queue up to an hour for the rides/activities.
If you want to buy lunch get to the restaurants around 11.30 to avoid the queues.
All in we enjoyed both our days.

Fantastic experience. However be prepared to spend lots of money!! Q bot is a must if going at weekend or during the holidays. Plus planning out the day helps and go early as one day won't be enough to see the whole place. Disabled parking good however park is very large and big hill to walk so not disabled friendly. Not enough seating areas either.

Stayed at tbe hotel in a pirate themed room. It would be unfair to write down all that went wrong because it's been put right. My grandsons loved tbe swimming pool and tbe room plus their goodies on arrival. I probably would give it another go because tbe boys enjoyed it so much

Perhaps a smidge dated in a few places (some of the model village is a little weathered for example) but overall very clean and well organised. Lots of fun for the whole family. Check out the app with real time queue information to help maximise your time there.

A real hassle free experience for those with additional needs. Staff great from start to finish and couldn t do enough for everyone in the park.

Took two disabled people in and out with minimal fuss. Everywhere is easy to access and rides are very accommodating. Well recommended.

We spent the day here on a very hot day at the end of July. My 3 children had a great time. There was enough variety of rides that all 3 found something they loved. Although it was a very hot day there was plenty of shade. The bottomless drinks were well worth the purchase. The only negative point is the lack of drinking fountains. In other big parks such as Disney there were much more sources of free water.

Legoland is a great place with all the rides and the legoland experience but my god the amount of people in Legoland during our visit was sickening you could barely move around and there was quite clearly a wasp infestation in Legoland as they were everywhere.. Another negative was how expensive it was for food and all the other costs inside Legoland. If your going avoid buying food there and bring a picnic or something, also ideally don't go on a hot day during the summer holidays you are asking for death doing that

Brilliant day out, thoroughly enjoyed myself and I really enjoyed the Duplo splash towers with my son. It was cold weather on the days I went but once we got wet it was fine, did not ruin the fun, we were the only ones on there. The queues can be fairly lengthy on the Saturday and as we had a full day on Friday, it much quieter in the week and we were able to enjoy the park better than Saturday. Saturday was spent negotiating crowds rather than focusing on having fun. The queuebot system is good, but is far too expensive to be truly useful. Queue management was not great and could have been better. With a 4 year old was an amazing experience, would highly recommend.

Love it. Been going for years, kids grown up now but still go. Best to get there for opening time & leave when closes to get as much in as possible. Can get vouchers so 1 goes free, making it less expensive. Good system in place for people with disabilities. Changed last year to app system & it worked well. Seen gradual changes over the years to keep it fresh. A brilliant family day out!

Great day out for the kids. Expect theme park prices for drinks and food and you won't be annoyed! Bringing food and drink is a must! Long queues are the only headache along with ride breakdowns (especially haunted house)

Amazing attractions, rides and models. Food is expensive and not much options. Very good for kids. Can not be covered in one day. You need atleast 2 days to visit all the places. It's huge so need to walk a lot. Get prepared for long queues. Having an App is recommended. Plan a journey from the map before you start.

On two separate occasions the ride we were queueing for broke down. Most queues for rides were 45 minutes or more. Why only put 2 people in a raft that can hold 9, saw that on several occasions and following raft only had 2 or 3 in.

The resort was really nice. For the size of it .... it was well maintained. Clean and with good signage.
The staff was fabulous from the Receptionist to the assistants around the resort. Friendly and eager to help.
There were quite a few queues but that is to be as it is the busy period. Saying that max wait time we had was 40mins.

Do not go on weekends or busy times, you will queue up to 1hr for 60seconds rides. If you have a Q-bot or annual pass wouldn't be so bad. I will say it is very well done, enormous attention to detail and excellent sound effects. more suited to under 10s. due to the queuing you can only see/go on about 10% of the rides or experiences in a full day.

So much bigger than we anticipated. Lots of rides, something for everyone. We got there around noon, but haven't gone to all the rides by 6pm when most rides end. Partly because queues for popular rides can be up to 45minutes waiting time. It was a nice family day out regardless, will definitely visit again.

The magic of LEGOLAND from when I was younger was ...

The magic of LEGOLAND from when I was younger was lost yesterday when I returned some 20 years later. I was stunned at the tiredness and discolouration on the majority of models in the mini land area. Driving into the park and the models were just tired and faded. I m sorry but the money people pay to come here I d have thought these models would be updated every few years - perhaps even painted if it s labour intensive. Some of the exhibits were caked in dirt and leaf litter. Again I d have thought these would be thoroughly cleaned at the beginning or end of each season. My 4 year old wouldn t have noticed these things and she had an amazing time. But there are plenty of adults that are paying good money who want in on the magic also.

I d agree with other comments that it appeared understaffed. Some rides had a sole operative which just added to the queues.

All is not lost LEGOLAND!! You just need a refresh!!

Have been going same week every year for 4 years. We go on a school inset day (Monday) to avoid the large queues. This year's visit was poor in comparison with previous years.
The Knights Kindom area didn't open until an hour after the park (11am) and Scarab Bouncers, Drench towers, Mia's riding adventure and spinning spider (to name a few) remained closed for the entire day! And this years new ride Haunted House was shut early! Poor show Legoland!!

My parents took my son here 26th & 27th (today) August. Far far too many tickets had been sold. 2 hour and above queues for rides is totally unfair on small children. I understand there are protocols for Covid 19 but reduce the number of tickets sold so you can actually manage the number of guests you have. It was so busy that there was minimal social distancing. Yesterday the weather was warm and sunny how can children be expected to queue in such heat for that amount of time?! In the 2 days my 5 year old managed to get on all of 3 rides in total! We visited in the height of summer last year and the most we had to wait was 45mins. I think a review of your covid practises is massively needed. I dont think we will be coming back any time soon.

Thus is a great day out if young kids. My 5 year old grand daughter could go on all the rides, and my 3 year old grandson could go on most of them. The rides are ideal for the little ones.
But it is hilly!

Brilliant day out. Needed more time to do it all. Kids loved it. Good value for money. Food in burger cafe, had chicken & bacon salad, better than some restaurants I have been in. Refillable drinks great idea as was really hot day. Can't fault it apart from queues for rides but not much you can do about that.

Think we got lucky going on a drizzly day as not very busy and minimal queues. Park was fun rides were great. Mini land was fascinating. We travelled by train and found it easily accessible using the bus services outside Windsor Castle. They have lockers to put bags in for day too which was helpful. We took a picnic but brought doughnuts which were yummy. Favourite part if the day was The Pirate Bay show it's a must see!

We went in march & it's a Fantastic resort. Definitely book fast track but to be honest even without, the queue does go down quickly enough compared to other times of the year. Staff are very friendly. Toilets very clean and always smell lovely too. Only issue for us was that a lot of the rides seemed to be closed. Which was frustrating and I definitely think there should be reduced ticket prices for these times as youre not able to fully enjoy the whole resort. But, my son did have a fantastic time and does ask to go back. :)

Great for younger kids or less thrill seeking rides. I use a wheelchair and I found the wheelchair pass system incredibly confusing. I'm no techno dummy, but not an expert either. And when I did figure it out and could finally go on a ride, I was never even asked for it!?
Great picnic areas. My favourite part of this park is mini land and would recommend that you schedule at least an hour to walk around and see it all. It is amazing. Unfortunately most of the trains were derailed and not travelling. As awesome as it is, there are quite a few bits that could use some tlc. My biggest gripe was we got there at 930 and had to wait til 11 for the majority of the park to open...? The majority of the drink shops were closed. Disabled loos operate on a radar key.

Very dated, it actually looks quite run down in parts, the food was expensive and having to pay for parking is ridiculous, but the main question is, did my son enjoy it? Yes he absolutely loved it. Kids don't care about the things adults pick up on.

Good points:

Good points:

Miniland was a huge hit with my 3 year old. He loved the many trains, the boats navigating by themselves, the cars and buses driving around the streets.

We went outside of school holidays, queues were no longer than 30 minutes on any ride.

Several rides had a minimum height of 1m which allows younger children to enjoy the park.

Bad points:

Rides we're opening and closing throughout the day. Meaning you'd walk to a ride that had opened, to find it had closed again.

Majority of food outlets were closed. I appreciate that it wasn't at capacity, however as we walked around we didn't pass a 'snack' outlet for over 90mins. Only savory food. With hungry children this was frustrating.

Exiting the park at the end of the day was a disaster. It took over 30 minutes to leave. Cars were able to jump the queue. And this was on a quiet day. Layout for exit needs a rethink.

Really great stay in an adventure room! Theme w was really well done. Loads of touches like a secret safe containing a Lego gift and children's own sleeping area with own TV! Park closed so I guess hotel was slightly quieter than it would normally be, but still entertainment and fun provided by the bucket load! Loads of Lego models and play areas.Very close to Windsor for a lovely stroll in the afternoon. Pool was small but loads of fun. Rather cold though. Food was a well stocked buffet style breakfast.

Piss poor, great if you like hanging about in queues. Queues for the car park are ridiculous, two teenagers directing tens of thousands of cars. Guest services is a total joke trying to get disabled access for kids. It took over two hours from getting here and getting a pass before even going near a ride. Completely avoidable with decent staffing levels and organisation.

Whilst the rides we managed to get on were good, Unless you pay an extortionate amount to fast track, it's at least a 45 minute wait for rides and food. It was also a 50 minute delay to get out of the car park due to every car needing to have its parking ticket checked. My 6 year old was really disappointed with the day.

We went here with our 2 year old and a couple friend with their 7 year old daughter.

We arrived far too early, at 09:20 when the opening time was at 10:00, but it meant we got a very good parking space after having paid priority parking.

There was already a queue forming when we got through the bag check and at around 09:45 they opened the first gates to go through to the ticket scanning stage. We went through and it felt very empty which surprised us all as it was the beginning of the school holiday.

We went to the "opening ceremony" in miniland and this was very poorly visited which I found quite sad! My two year old couldn't do much with this, but the 7 year old girl really enjoyed it.

Once legoland was then opened, a lot of the rides seemed to have malfunctions as all the ride times simply said "closed" and the staff were telling us we couldn't get on. It was very confusing as we didn't get any further information than that. So we watched the pirate stunt show instead, which was quite fun!

After this we went to Mias ride which the little girl really enjoyed and we watched from the side lines. Then they went on a sort of ferris wheel, I didn't join in as I dont like being "stuck" waiting for other cabins to be emptied and filled again.

The food was okay, the prices weren't too bad (like Alton towers which I've found extortionate) and the court yard of the castle was relatively empty even though we wlppent around 12! The toilet facilities were one of the best for us with a potty trained toddler, as all the changing rooms have a toilet in them, amazing!

We then went on to the fire engine ride, this was a blast! Although our guys were the fasted to start with and this meant they stood their for quite a while pumping the water whilst awaiting the rest of the teams to arrive to join in.

I would definitely go back, but wait for our son to be a little older!

Spent two days here. Really good.. not disappointed but i thought the queueing quicker by staff get the next riders ready quicker... and they arent thrill rides so if your looking for thrill rides.. this isn't the place. No disappointments though. Wesr comfy shoes! Lots of walking. Would definitely visit again with our 4 year old who absolutely loved It! Would have done more than 2 days If we could

Had a great time here on a very sunny day. Only problem were the massive queues (up to an hour for some rides) which meant we didn't go on many things. However the children loved Miniland! Also, it was Star Wars weekend, which was brilliant - though the music (that I love) became a little irritating after 8+ hours!

Had a great day! Hand sanitiser available everywhere even before you go on the rides and after and placed through out the park. Social distancing markings on the floor in the queues everywhere and announcements where put over the tanoys about Social distancing (not that people actually listened). Was impressed with the only allowing people on rides as a family, which observely makes the queue time longer which was annoying but I guess it was out of people's safety. Ride and reserved was very worth it. Food places could do with extra people serving and sign posts for rides rather than areas, got lost a few times and battery was dying on my phone to keep looking at the may. But honestly had a great time, had a very tired nephew at the end of the day after all the excitement.

I didn't like at all the fact that people is allowed to pay more to jump the queues, clearly this is done so you either end up spending more money or are left behind in endless queues. Nice park though, great Lego models. I'd recommend Paultons Park instead

Great place to spend a day off with kids, friendly staff and great attractions, trully amazing lego miniature world, BUT the only and the biggest problem is - queues. 1.2h in the queue with kids in hot day makes you doubt the worth of chosen attraction hundred times.

Encountered rude staff, closed attractions and issues with disability carer ticket. Certainly not anywhere near as good as our last visit. Oh, and don't get me started on the unbearable hell that is the Lego store after 6pm. Why funnel that many people into one tiny space, when you could keep the other stores throughout the park open for an extra 30 minutes. But that would involve common sense and paying staff a bit more. Oh heaven forbid.
