Love working here. Smaller family oriented and actually treat the employees like real people.

Highly recommended working here. New equipment and upgrades every year. Pay, vacation, bonuses and benefits are better then most printing company s. Great employees to work with and management isn t too bad either. They even roll up their sleeves and help! Try finding that anywhere else.

Gave me a chance when I really needed it. Took me in and treated me like family. I don't have a single bad word to say about Legacy. Great place to work.

Friendly people. We had big rolls of plastic film on. 48 rolls floor loaded. Took awhile to unload. Overall a good experience.

Terribly managed, not environmentally friendly, horrible ethics, zero family values, many safety issues, no respect for employees, and hazardous materials not properly handled, everything goes down the drain. Do not work here they will say anything to get you in then denie half of what was negotiated, throw you in with minimal training on machines that severely lack maintenance, any issue you have you get treated like a child and are told to run questionable product then disaplined when it gets rejected. Also no climate control so very hot in summer very cold in winter and the humidity and bugs effect the ink and product. Corona treaters have no cover so the carcinogenic material falls directly onto the employees. Osha or dnr would shut this place down if they knew half of the problems. Hope you find a more respectable company

I wouldn t want to experience it again.. Your coworkers and the Leads are amazing people for the most part... but this management group is questionable at best. The biggest turn off is having a boss you can t speak face to face with unless you ve done something wrong you ll need to text him to get ahold of him:.. especially on night shift... They ll make promises and then forget about them or one day something is acceptable and the next it s the opposite suspensions are a dime a dozen if you manage to avoidthem you are expected to work ot to cover other people s suspensions
