I wouldn t want to experience it again.. Your coworkers and the Leads are amazing people for the most part... but this management group is questionable at best. The biggest turn off is having a boss you can t speak face to face with unless you ve done something wrong you ll need to text him to get ahold of him:.. especially on night shift... They ll make promises and then forget about them or one day something is acceptable and the next it s the opposite suspensions are a dime a dozen if you manage to avoidthem you are expected to work ot to cover other people s suspensions
