From a former employee, Gralin has no regard for the tenants, just another internationally run real estate company taking advantage of local renters. Real estate agent Jasmine Gao is particularly unreasonable letting down multiple tenants to save a dollar. Disappointing.

My dealings with Gralin rentals as a tenant went very well which was very refreshing. They were prompt when any issue eventuated making for a smooth tenancy. Jasmine the property manager was very friendly and helpful through out the process and I would have no hesitation in recommending both Jasmine and Gralin to any future tenants.

Pretty bad at communicating. We rented a property with them for 1 year approx. Multiple things were broken such as the heat pump, towel hanger etc. Despite of telling them that they never fixed it. At the end of the lease, a new representative came for inspecting and gave me a hard time about the same things broken? He didn't bring along with him old photos of the house so he was pretty unaware of the state of the house. Because we were pushed with time for jobs we decided to take on the rental anyway.
