Pretty simple and quick. All you need is a your W2 and SS card, and things go quick. Best part is I didn't have to give someone money for them to give me my money. This is what's good about donating to your community.

I was only there a short time to pickup tax papers. I think it's pretty safe cause I had a little trouble getting in. But it turned out okay. So I guess that's all that matters.

This place was horrible and I dont recommend anyone trust any kind of important documentation to be done by these bumbling inefficient people. They dont know what they are doing. Then after a mistake is pointed out, their response was "to err is human". That might be so, but I'd rather you err on someone else's tax return.
