Very decent mattresses for the price. Not great to sit on compared to sprung mattresses but the most comfortable sleep I've had aside from the very best hotels.

The mattress is comfy not to firm but not too soft. I got a free pillow with my mattress. I ended up loving the pillow so I purchased another pillow but a bigger size. I was totally dissatisfied because the bigger version is hard as a rock! Other than that I m satisfied with my purchase of the leesa mattress.

Took 20 days for us to receive our purchase. Monica had a lot of excuses for the delay. When we finally got our delivery notification, they delivered them to the VB Leesa headquarters and not our house. My friend bought a bed from them a week after we did and received it the same week so I believe it was an issue with the sales rep and she made multiple mistakes. We bought two twin beds, a king, pillows, two bed frames for the twins with legs, and a platform for the king.

Great experience! We learned about the company and the beds, no one was pushy while we tested and talked about getting a new bed. We ultimately left with a new bed and some accessories and I m so happy we did. Best bed decision!

My wife and I love our Leesa! A little on the firm side, but well worth the money!

Worst mattress I have ever slept on. Why do they charge so much for a piece of foam? Plus you feel like you are falling off the sides of it when you're sleeping, because it's a piece of foam. Read so many great reviews and thought we would give it a try.... don't know what other people are sleeping on, but it can't be the same mattress. Don't waste your time or money!!

This mattress is way too soft. No support whatsoever. The return process is not effortless. It took 3 weeks for them to even coordinate a pick-up (which they didn't actually coordinate, I did with the Salvation Army) then I had to store a king size mattress, box and pillow for about two months. I consider this a pretty big favor just so this company can have someone else pick it up at no cost to them. It's also worth mentioning I had to wait for my refund this entire time as well. So Leesa is holding onto over $1000 of my money and I'm storing their mattress. The mattress just got picked up today, so we'll see how long the refund actually takes. I was also responsible for sending the receipt myself, rather than Leesa coordinating with the charity that picked it up. Seriously, just make it effortless for me considering I'm already dissatisfied with your product. Call me a cynic, but I see on the website that for every 10 mattresses sold they donate 1. Perhaps these are the returns? It's nice to donate the merchandise. It is not nice how long it takes and super disappointed in the mattress itself. I wouldn't recommend Leesa to anyone.

I purchased a Leesa King a little over a month ago. In researching new mattress options online and in retail outlets, I probably spent a conservative estimate of 15 hours. I was super nervous to purchase online because trying the mattress before buying the mattress seemed like a smart move, considering we spend half our lives on the product!

I read all about the review wars happening with the online mattress companies, and was able to distill that Leesa seems to be the only firm with any ethical compass whatsoever. That was helpful. The next thing I liked was how Leesa offers the mattress for sale at all West Elm stores. Though I am not overly close to one and thus did not get a chance to visit, I felt it was a ringing endorsement of their brand for a number of reasons (mainly they clearly have enough confidence in the product that they're willing to let folks try them before buying - and the fact that West Elm generally sells a higher-end level of merchandise).

Finally, the price just slayed me. It's so affordable! In the retail outlet I visited, I looked at a pocket-coil Simmons Beauty Rest Black Hybrid Plus in a King size. This is arguably "the best" mattress a retail consumer can buy at the lovely price tag of more than 6 thousand dollars in-store. It's definitely an amazing product but folks let me tell you - we ordered the Leesa in a King size and there's almost no difference whatsoever! For about a thousand dollars out the door - you've got to be kidding me?! Leesa is simply amazing. It's not too firm or too plush, it's just right. My wife was getting back pains from our old mattress - it was gone in TWO nights, folks. Two!

We could not be happier and will be adding these mattresses to the double bed in our guest room and to the full beds in each of the two children's rooms. Thank you, Leesa, keep up the great work!

I was immediately charged for mattress and delivery. The delivery company that Leesa uses has the worst possible reviews. When I tried to contact them there was no answer and no way to leave them a message. After no delivery, I had to cancel my order for a refund. The Leesa rep didn't have any interest in helping me with the situation and said it could take up to 90 days for delivery.

Really impressed with our new Sapira. We had another mail order foam mattress which was good, but not great. And after a year of sleeping on it, we ordered a Sapira a month ago. It s the perfect amount of firm, sleeps cool for us and is just a really comfortable mattrees. Other family members of ours are now ordering one too after trying ours. Highly recommend!

I will admit I was skeptical to buy a mattress "out of a box." I am one that wants to know what I'm buying when I buy it. The commercial came on one day and stated that you can try the Leesa mattress out at any West Elm. Unlike other brands out there I did not see them show case their product within a store near by. This brand was different, and I recognized that . I quickly googled West Elm to see if I had one in my area. I was surprised when it said yes that there was one close by. My husband and I rushed in to try it out. I'm not an impulse buyer by no means, but I knew the instant I sat on this bed it was for me. It has that firm but soft support ,which we both needed. We ended up buying right away. We were told within the store it would take several weeks to delivered to our home. We received the mattress in our home within a week. We have had the mattress in our home now for several months, and I can honestly say I have never slept better. I wake up feeling rested which I clearly lacked on our old mattress. I would choose the Leesa mattress again... again... and again, and you should too.

We have a Leesa King Size Hybrid Mattress and absolutely love it and Leesa as a company out of Virginia Beach, VA. We love to support local business owners whenever we have the chance and we would highly recommend Leesa to anyone looking to buy a new mattress!

Had a king size mattress for less than a year and it s already sagging in the middle. Poor quality.

We recently ordered a Leesa Hybrid mattress after reading all the reviews, ordering it was easy & we also paid an extra $150 to set it up & remove old mattress, box spring. The mattress was delivered by XPO logistics arranged by Leesa, however they did not remove the old stuff as agreed, they left it
by the curbside saying they had no room in their truck & it will be picked up in 24 hours. I contacted Leesa & told them about XPO logistics not completing the job as agreed, we had to pay someone locally to have it removed.
We are happy with the mattress, however not happy with XPO, they claimed they were not paid for hauling the old stuff, extremely disappointed with XPO logistics.

I complained about my mattress sagging after only 3 years and no one will follow up with me about a replacement. What kind of SCAM business are you running here? There s supposed to be a 10 year warranty.

I LOVE my Leesa, I often come to bed a little later than my wife and I don't wake her up anymore.

I've had my mattress and pillow for a couple months now. I love it. It IS soft but actually has great support. I'll never go back to an innerspring mattress again.

Easy to order, shipping and installation was easy, and the quality is exceptional.

The website was easy to select the rightmattress and a week later it arrived at our house.

The quality of sleep is vastly superior to a higher-end name brand we replaced.

Their goals of improving the environment and the world made us feel better about the purchase.
