Leelanau Outdoor Center Review

I went one year ago and I had a pleasant experience. The food was good, there were fun activities and the cabins and bathrooms were clean.

This was definitely one of the worst experiences of my life. The best part of this camp was leaving. Super excited to not go here ever again. Do not go here. I had to dance for my food and could not sit with my friends at lunch or any time for the day. I had a terrible experience, do not go here.

The one star review that mentions having to "dance for food" is definitely written by a spoiled kid. This camp is super fun, and the "dancing for food" that they mention is just doing summer camp dances and songs to see who gets to eat first. It's just a means of reducing the crowd in the mess hall. There are tons of fun games and activities here, and I wish I could be a kid again to experience it all over.

I went here for an over night Field trip when I was in fifth grade and I had the best time in my life. Great place and the food was awesome:)
