I have been employed at Natchez Trace for nearly 5 years, and I am extremely proud of the hard work that occurs - on a daily basis; furthermore, I will continue to work here as long as they will have me because of our mission and core values. The administration is committed to the ethical treatment of not only the children but also the staff members. Every effort is made to ensure a safe environment that is conducive to learning and treatment.

Natchez Trace was AMAZING for my son. I just want to say thank you again for all Ms. Taylor and the staff at Natchez Trace Youth Academy did to help me get MY son back. He is doing so much better since his stay there. My heart is overjoyed and I am SO proud of the progress he has made because of this facility.

I am truly grateful for everything they did for me and the staff here were so polite but when kids got into trouble for not listening or fighting they rushed over to help any and all they could help with and my favorite staff member was Mrs.Pozzi , Mrs.Swanson , Mr.Staten, And Mrs.Holloman

lol i went for 117 days it was pretty good it wasnt a bad program actually it was pretty helpful but yeah the staff picks favorites big timmmeeee

I have worked in Residential Treatment Centers for some many years and this is by far the best for the youth. Young men leave this center way better equipped to handle life's situations and problems than any other facility I have witnessed.

i was there and that facility helped me so much i have became a better person keep low on the restraints guys from ingram 271

I went there as an adolescent when it was of a more wilderness setting. We lived in tents back then, matched to chow from our campsite,marched to school as well. Under this setting I think it gives a great opportunity to change lives because it makes the children develop a team attitude and takes them away from society to allow them to regroup their thought processes.

I went here for 94 days it taught me alot but the staff would not care at all about the student and they have favorites so they treat people diffrent by looks and stuff but im glad im out

This place is is designed to assist troubled boys! Well that is not the case! Their lack of communication with the parents and lack of allowing parent involvement dumb! Their parent handbook they send out does not match what they do at all! Trying to get to talk to the right staff members to get the right help is not an option! They do not follow through with any of the case plans they hey create or the therapy they help set up! I do don't recommend this place for any child at all!

Well was considering on sending my son there but not anymore all these complaints about kids being abrused when they are supposed to be receiving help um ill pass

Don't trust this place very shady, someone needs to look into what goes one here.

I WAS ONE THE KIDS THAT WENT HERE BUT ONE OF THE STAFF WERE SO RUDE THEY HAD TO FIRE HER

This place is a OK place I have been here for 7 month now I in Turner hall and some of the staff are stright but some are not so straight but the best staff Mr Taylor Mr Haley Mr Tippit and Mrs Pizzi. But the most part of the place is OK but the food needs to improve a lot

I went here it was terrible. Fights. The staff would beat on kids. Pretty much jail.

I went to this place for like 4 months the place was not the worst even though there was certain staff who would dick around this place helped me alot mostly cause of the other kids. if your son can actually take being trashed talk to and control his emotions he will be fine. it helped me cause i realized i didn't want to be like some of the worst off kids in there. but yeah there is alot of stuff staff and the students do behind peoples back. But shout out to Mr.Hasan he a good man

My Name is Aquavian Alston and as a troubled youth I was privileged enough to be placed at Natchez Trace youth academy a place that teaches valuable life skills so that you will have all the tools to succeed upon your graduating of the program step by step I learned skills that I credit to me being alive today I was a resident of Natchez Trace over 20 years ago today I am a father of five a valued access to my community that even to this day over 20 years later still teach my son some of the listens that I was tought personally buy mr. Tom Hennessy and the staff of Natchez Trace youth academy this is not only a review to me but a short thank-you letter Natchez Trace youth academy Mr Tom Hennessy and fellow staff thanks for caring

Horrible experience! I spoke to one lady in admissions who was going to email me what I needed to send her. She never sent me the email. I called back and was transferred to someone and I had to leave him a voicemail and he never returned my call. I m done with them.

I was fortunate to bring a relative to the Academy. We arrived late and the service of the staff was helpful and excellent. The rapport that was established with the relative was impressive, and helpful. Paperwork was extensive but covered all areas and was definitely professional.

Later the next day, I was driven back to the airport by the staff who was highly trained, very knowledgeable, professional and honest. This was the highlight of the trip.

It is my hope that my family member will benefit and come through the program shining, as what I saw was impressive, and he then can respond as who he is.

I was a resident here back in 2016, and when I look back at my experiences here I am really greatful that I was put there. Their staff was in my opinion top of the line, compared to the other facilities I was placed. They genuinely care for the kids, and help guide them to better decisions. Teachers are hands on with each individual student, staff helps with their personal problems on campus, or if there are problems back at home.
I was able to get ASE certified thru there training courses, and now I make alot of money fixing cars. Mr.jones was my teacher and till this day I still remember him. I'm a father to a 9 month old boy, and with the help from this facility I changed from being an unruly, and stubborn child. To a hard working, independent man. I wish I could thank everyone that helped my growth into what I am today, and shake their hand.
Natchez trace deserves to be recognized as a top of the line facility.
