A wonderful castle set in beautiful gardens and grounds. Plenty of activities for the whole family
Great place to take the children, grandchildren to let off steam without getting dirty
On our way to Dover for the weekend, we passed Leeds Castle, debating if we should stop or skip.. Eventually made the right decision to visit this lovely and very beautiful estate.. Every bit, a very pleasing and lovely place, that's a 6 star for us. A fabulous estate, will visit again and recommend a visit at the least once..
We are very fortunate that Leeds Castle is very nearby. It is a truly spectacular castle and grounds. With many different events going on all year round it is also just a really nice place to wander around the grounds by the lake. We recently took part in a segway tour there which was brilliant fun and it took us to some of the parts that we had never seen before.
Love this place, expensive to get in but your ticket covers you for a whole year. Went to the Xmas market which was well organised.
Brilliant Afternoon tea served by polite staff. Would definitely recommend.
England's most beautiful little castle with a beautiful park and a great large playground, so the little ones will not miss out either
Fantastic day out for the family. Great value for money for a year's pass
Enjoyed our visit but felt it more a old house rather than a castle. You need good walking shoes to really enjoy here. The gardens and surrounding land is beautiful. The moats and lake are a joy. Large play area for the kids and several gift shops and eating establishments are here. It's a long walk to the castle from the entrance. There is a land train about a pound each way. If disabled there is accessible transport to the castle for free. A good day out..
Can't deny it, truly the loveliest castle in the world. Plenty of parking. Covid one way system needs making clearer or enforcing better.
Lovely Castle . Has great events on and I went a Car show you should go
One of the nicest castles in the UK and the grounds around it are amazing. Highly recommend.
never leave reviews but this place is spot on great day out
A truly wonderful place to spend a day. So much to see and do. Seeing a Spitfire circling was an added bonus.
The castle is excellent, but the restaurant food was not good. Food was undercooked (prawns) and bland. Bring your own!
Good photo op, but disappointed to be honest. Wish I had done Windsor or Dover instead
Very nice park, flowerbeds, all environment, children play games, really enjoyed
A great experience for the whole family. A must see. Lots of history in a very beautiful setting.
Fabulous place, lovely day there and will return when it is not the school holidays (completely forgot) so we can see it again.
There's so much to do here! The grounds are beautiful and expansive. Lots of ducks, swans and geese as you stroll towards the main castle, playgrounds, adventure golf, etc. Unfortunately the garden maze is currently closed - we'll have to come back to experience that another time!
It's a castle. Like many others. With a beautiful park around it. Just don't fall into the trap of the restaurant. Castle View. But you can't even see the castle with all the trees. Plus the food was bad and it was super expensive for absolutely no reason.
Lovely castle in beautiful surroundings, lots to see and do. You could easily spend a whole day here walking the grounds and admiring the stunning views. We'll worth a visit.
Christmas fair is great, just very high food prices what could be a lot lower, apart from that really good time and especially you can go there any time in the year with ticket!
Great family day out. Lots to do and see. Maze, Falconry centre. Special events. Beautiful, well-kept gardens.
Spent many great nights here surrounded by so much history.
Heavenly beautiful.must visit and i u do parchase your ticket once and get one year free entry.dont forget to book online for discount!
Beautiful home with fascinating history, well presented
Fabulous place to visit, especially if the weather is nice.
Wasn't really a festival of flowers but more like a festival of flower arrangements.
This is a nice looking castle. It also looks down on the nice looking river. I definitely recommend going here
Amazing fireworks! Great place to spend time with family and kids.
Wide open spaces, great for picnics. Castle well worth a visit, disabled friendly although wheelchair access to top floor rooms not possible there is a 12 minute video of the top floor so you can see what others walk round and see.
Beautiful castle so British .. a beautiful day in a huge park.
Stunning. Buy a ticket it lasts all year. Play park brilliant for kids. Christmas decorations in castle are beautiful.
We went to visit Leeds Castle on the 4th of August as we have seen it is open to visit. We arrived there and it was our fault that we did not check their website throughout because we were suppose to pre-book our tickets which I do not More
Unfortunately we did not go right down to watch the teachers. It was not part of the trip I had joined. And from a distance it's not worth the trouble I think. You can also see pictures
One of the my favorite castles! Love the grounds, the sites, and all the history. Many guides to answer questions.
I visit Leeds Castle quite often there are lovely walks the house is magnificent or you can just have coffee and cake lunch and afternoon tea. And I love the new crazy golf great fun.
Great place to visit. Although I have been to the castle this visit was to Sedgeway. What an experience! I cannot fault it. We did a twilight sedgeway experience of Leeds Castle. Thia gave us unlimited access to the grounds of the castle and we were able to see the castle from a totally different perspective. As there was a small group we were able to free roam on the sedgeways and complete an alternative course adventure to push the sedgeway to their limits. Brilliant adventure and well worth the money. Look out for the 40% off deals.
Beautiful castle, the staff have a lot of knowledge and are very lovely
A great visit once again, haven't ng a year ticket gives you many changes each season
Wow just wow. So so beautiful. Probably the most romantic castle in Britain. So much to explore. Fantastic food and a great choice of menus and places to see.
This beautiful castle sit alongside the River Len and in the middle of ancient woodlands well worth a visit.
Great family dayout. Fantastic new kids climbing fort really adds to the day
Beautiful even if you could not enter all the rooms
It's a dream town with rich histories hidden in every wall and object inside the house.
Beautiful gardens, saw the flower festival too. Ticket price includes return for 1 year which is good value
1st ever visit and its an awsome place - the grounds are emmense- plenty of food drink and toilets well placed
So much to do and see here, the Christmas markets were amazing!
Absolutely beautiful. Staff is friendly and k knowledgeable. Great experience. .
Very interesting and historical castle. Well worth visiting when in the area.
Leeds castle is problem one of the most beautiful castles in England with a love maze for adults and kids to get lost in with two beautiful parks for children to run around in and a bird of prey show as well with a little road train you can catch at the entrance up to the castle
Beautiful magical setting for the Christmas Market. Having a return visit in the Spring.
Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful extensive grounds and the castle is very interesting. The 2019 flower festival was spectacular.
Stayed in Betty Hutton (the Woolworth heiress) room. Fabulous views on two sides. Room clean, attractive & comfortable. Bathroom pristine with very efficient shower, that was simple to work.
Getting there was a bit of a pain, otherwise an excellent day well spent in London's proximity. Very charming little castle and falconry estate. I look forward to more trips beyond London
Such a lovely historical castle and grounds to stroll around. Plenty to see such as trees, wild flowers, wildlife and historical buildings. Just stroll and enjoy watching the ducks, geese, swans, black and white. Walk amongst the foliage and flowers, the streams. Sit by a lake and enjoy a picnic. Admire the craftsmanship of the trees or logs crafted into works of art. Enter the Castle and study the history, seeing the medieval costumes, armour suits, weapons, and read about its history. You could spend the whole day here as there is plenty to see. Highly recommended for a family day out or just by yourself for a peaceful stroll.
We were here for the celebration of the 900th birthday. You can even book a nightly dinner!
Absolutely fantastic. Food was incredible. Especially the breakfast.
