Very Ill mannered staff I was there before my appointment time. Brittany proceeds to tell me I was only there 30 minutes. My time is valuable. I had other engagements. Don't over book. I am informing the VA of your poor customer service and I hope they will not send any more distinguished veterans to your business. Poor poor people worried about the almighty dollar.

The staff were very friendly and helpful with my children. My daughter is almost blind in one eye and Dr Stephen has given me hope that it will improve with therapy and contacts. We have been to several eye Drs. And till last month I never knew about therapy or actually how bad her eye was. Him and the staff took the time to show me exactly how she sees and what she can and cannot see. Took the time to explain in detail to where I understood and her as well!! I've never felt more comfortable and it's a blessing to know my baby will get the help she needs for her eyesight. He even told us it won't happen overnight but it will improve. I never knew there was eye therapy until I found this place it was a blessing for sure!! I'm forever grateful. Highly recommend too check them out! I'm not sure about these that have something negative to say about this place but I guess bad eggs are everywhere and you guys are human and can only do so much. Wait times were excellent for us. Especially knowing how much time you are in the back and Dr. S takes his time and explains everything to you and makes the experience awesome. I didn't feel rush out. He really cares about his job and patients and you can tell its obvious. So if you think your wait time is ridiculous then you seem to lack compassion,and understanding! Where he DOESN'T!!

The doctor was real good and had good communication skills to keep a conversation going while still maintaining work being done on my eyes. So I recommend anyone

Thank you Dr Leblanc for thinking outside the box and really helping me out.. definitely recommend this office.. they're are busy just like the rest of them so schedule in advance but it does appear this doc genuinely cares about his customers..

Dr. Leblanc and Dr. Stephen Leblanc are extremely knowledgeable, very thorough and kind. Both docs have a wonderful sense of humor and super bedside manners..the staff is great, very friendly. I would highly recommend Leblanc Eye Center.

The environment is clean some staff are kind but the selection of glasses an frames are a little old fashion but if your looking for a family eye doctor this is a okay place Proximately spend about a hour or 2 here to be seen not bad would be nice if a television was in the waiting room for patient to watch to keep them entertain would be nice to have a water fountain for when some patient are thirsty but I recommend this clinic 100%

I recommend LeBlanc Eye Center practically on a weekly basis. He gets to the root of whatever problem you are having, and finds a solution. Anyone with eye problems could probably benefit from a visit to him.

Their vision therapy has helped my son tremendously. I am truly grateful for this program and all that they do over at LeBlanc Eye Center. I would most definitely recommend them to others.

Dr LeBlanc is very knowledgeable and good at his craft. I would surely recommend him for your eye care. His staff is very friendly and helpful also. A top notch place that provides A-1 service.

I've been going to Dr. LeBlanc for many, many years and they have helped me a lot. They've done very well for me.

I have been going to Dr Leblanc for a couple of years now and my vision is wonderful. I wear the OrthoK lens while I sleep and I can see all day without any assistance. It is wonderful to not have to wear contacts or glasses during the day. I use to wear contacts and my eyes would get irritated in the dust. There were many activities that I would do that the contacts would irritate my eyes. I feel wonderful being able to do any activity and not have to worry about how it will affect my contacts. I just went and renewed my drivers license and this is the first time in forever that I was able to not have to put contact or eyeglasses needed on my license. I was so excited.

Staff is super professional and make you feel as you are apart of the family! I absolutely would recommend LeBlanc Eye Center to anyone who needs eye care!

Well worth the 1 1/2 hour drive ! Mrs Rosa was AMAZING!! She was so sweet and kind . She was there for and helped my daughter with her eye therapy every step of the way and so was Dr Stephen LeBlanc . He was extremely knowledgeable and there cheering my daughter on encouraging her that it was going to all be worth it and it was!!

Before going to Le Blanc Eye Center my son had a really tough time with simple studying methods, such as keeping his place while he was reading. I've been watching him closely since he started vision therapy and not only had that improved, but I've also noticed he writes in a straighter line and his general handwriting is much better.

Perhaps the best contact lens specialist in Louisiana. Fits both normal and multifocal orthok lenses, sclerals, regular hard contacts, and soft. He is a dry eye specialists. And also has the most comprehensive vision therapy clinic in central Louisiana. He has been able to treat several patients that other doctors could not help. Whether that be from failed lasik, Rk, Prk, keretoplasy, keratoconus, pellucid marginal degeneration, dry eyes, ect. He's very friendly and truely cares about his patients.

Originally, I was not able to concentrate well before going to LeBlanc Eye Center. Once I went and received vision therapy, my concentration improved drastically.

That STAFF NEED REPLACING ASAP!!I had to argue with a staff member about what wasn't told to me from another staff member ABOUT my warranty.I found that SO UNPROFESSIONAL for a customer having to go back and forth with a employee. I've been going to LeBlanc since I was a kid, so naturally I brought my family there when they needed glasses. The staff member said she would call me back after she spoke with the employee pertaining to this situation, to only have me NOT getting a callback like she stated. And I STILL don't have my son glasses!!I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE THAT STAFF have a customer that's been coming there a long time find another #FAMILY EYE DOC to go see that's a shame

Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The staff seemed rushed and exasperated. They failed to properly explain the contact ordering process to me. To this day, im still waiting for my contact lenses to arrive for the fitting and its been about 2 months. No calls or follow up. Additionally, the actual exam took about 2 minutes. They incorrectly read my current prescription from my glasses. The doctor didn't explain much to me. Additionally, the new prescription was different from my previous one. I had been going to a doctor for years, one that I truly trusted. I moved and that's why I needed to find a new doctor. So I questioned this sudden change, considering my current glasses don't give me any issues. Unfortunately the doctor didn't want see or clarify this discrepancy. Just basically told me that he is right and that if prescription is wrong, he could change it once I get new glasses with his new prescription. I asked a question about some eye drops and the doctor's answer was a disappointing one. He basically said he didn't know. Why am I going to a doctor who doesn't know basic info on eye drops?? Poor selection of glasses is another issue. The facilities are clean though and I appreciate the COVID safety measures. Thats about it. I'll have to find another doctor and pay again for another comprehensive eye exam.

Professional service and friendly staff. Minimal waiting

They are practically perfect. From the check in, to the check out, and everything that they do in between I cannot think of anything to criticize.

Dr.LeBlanc was extremely friendly, super sweet and gentle. The staff was extra sweet and helpful as well. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Before going to LeBlanc Eye Center I had a lot of headaches and couldn't focus or concentrate on anything. I believe by the end of this therapy I should be able to focus a lot easier. I already see a lot of improvement.

My daughter was diagnosed with a lazy eye several months ago and we were referred to Le Blanc Eye center for therapy. Her vision continued to improve drastically week by week all with help from Le Blanc Eye center and the wonderful doctors. She can now read a first grade level book with just her one eye. Very thankful!

The people were very friendly and willing to answer any questions I had it was in a timely manner and overall a nice visit.

Dr. Le Blanc has turned my eye sight around and it has been wonderful. I'm an Ortho-K patient there, and currently I don't have any problems with my eyes at all. I can hardly believe that I was fortunate enough to find them.

I originally had blurred vision and double vision. It effected me in school and causing me to have to always be moved to the very front of the class. I am now seeing so much better and I haven't had any blurred or double vision since going to LeBlanc Eye Center.
