Very Ill mannered staff I was there before my appointment time. Brittany proceeds to tell me I was only there 30 minutes. My time is valuable. I had other engagements. Don't over book. I am informing the VA of your poor customer service and I hope they will not send any more distinguished veterans to your business. Poor poor people worried about the almighty dollar.
