Unfortunately, my experience was not a good one. The staff seemed rushed and exasperated. They failed to properly explain the contact ordering process to me. To this day, im still waiting for my contact lenses to arrive for the fitting and its been about 2 months. No calls or follow up. Additionally, the actual exam took about 2 minutes. They incorrectly read my current prescription from my glasses. The doctor didn't explain much to me. Additionally, the new prescription was different from my previous one. I had been going to a doctor for years, one that I truly trusted. I moved and that's why I needed to find a new doctor. So I questioned this sudden change, considering my current glasses don't give me any issues. Unfortunately the doctor didn't want see or clarify this discrepancy. Just basically told me that he is right and that if prescription is wrong, he could change it once I get new glasses with his new prescription. I asked a question about some eye drops and the doctor's answer was a disappointing one. He basically said he didn't know. Why am I going to a doctor who doesn't know basic info on eye drops?? Poor selection of glasses is another issue. The facilities are clean though and I appreciate the COVID safety measures. Thats about it. I'll have to find another doctor and pay again for another comprehensive eye exam.
