Top hotel with best service in a great location right on the beach, always gladly again

Nice hotel, nice location, nice staff... but... they started to sell UK package-deals 2 years ago. Result: Drunk British trash with screaming annoying kids will ruin your chance to relax at the pool areas. No longer 5-Star quality.

Great hotel, amazing staff. Very clean and renovated rooms with nice appliances. Family friendly, would definitely recommend.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings super maintained garden, plenty of sun loungers and service towels also. On request, ice, an excellent pool bar, just everything o.k. Good food, beach and sea clean, warm water, just to adjust the entrance to the sea, some longer walkway.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Good COVID safety measures, hotel location is great, 5 min walk from marina and directly by the beach, staff very friendly, hotel very clean and breakfast food was good!

I went to Le Deck with a few friends for a pool day. The service was outstanding and the water was cold. The food was a bit overpriced for the quality but the food and drink vouchers made up for it. The bathrooms were extremely clean and airconditioned. The vibe is very relaxed and quiet, it is a nice escape from some of the packed bars in the area

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, high quality food, live music, 5* plus.

Service is top notch and rooms very nice. Pools are are cold and refreshing.

Great location at the Eastern end of the Marina. The rooms are modern, the breakfast has a wide range of foods. The grounds are large enough to hold any guests without overcrowding. Didn't try the other restaurants here.

This 5 Star hotel was just renew. Very stylish and modern with great pools. The staff is very kind and helpfull. Our floormanager was the most friendly person ever met!

At the check-in, our room wasn't ready yet. They tried to solve it as soon as possible and after some time we got an upgrade for the inconvience.

The food is amazing. One of the best breakfasts I've ever seen. Also the lunch was delicious!

When I come back to Dubai, this is the place I'm going to stay!

Very friendly staff. The most comfortable bed you will ever sleep in. Aircon that works perfectly (VERY important in Dubai) and leads on to the beach. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing hotel, We had a complication on the booking & Marzouk the duty manager was brilliant. His customer service and kind words of "You are our guests" sure made us feel very special. All the staff in Brasserie Restaurant are so welcoming and attentive. This hotel is highly recommended and ticks all the boxes. Room 530 Mr Rashid - 26th Feb 2020.

Lightning-clean hotel with unique good service and nice rooms. Everything is questioned in terms of quality by an all-evening over-loud bar music, which makes a relaxing stay on the room balcony or an open Fester impossible. Too bad.

Hotel is located in JBR, 5 star property.it is really big. I really liked the ground areas. 3 swimming pools, especially playground - for football, volleyball or just for resting. Hotel has direct access to the beach. There so many things to do in the area to enjoy. Loved it.

Visited a couple of times as we were staying at Grosvenor House. The staff are very helpful and always on hand.

Comfortable Hotel with good service and cuisine. Convenient food breakfast / dinner. And from 18.00 to 20.00 at the pre-dinner you can drink unlimited free wine with snacks. Its long well-kept beach with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas on the sand and grass.

Amazing stay as always since 2006 !!! They go Beyond our exportations to make our stay fantastic. Thank you to have sent my son's sunglasses to france after he forgot them at the pool ! See you very very soon..

The hotel offer is amazing but the beach itself needs to be cleaned properly.

Hands down the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered. They go the extra mile with everything. We left a phone in a cab and the concierge took our information and worked with the cab company and the place of business we took the cab from and had the phone back to us within a day.

Beautiful hotel directly at the beach near Dubai Marina and JBR walk. Very friendly staff. A lot of restaurants and bars. The garden area is widespreaded and offers several places to relax and enjoy. This hotel is highly recommended. We will come back some when.

Their prices are expensive and overpriced, but the place is amazing and they have free, return, delivery to the Emirates Mall, and they stayed, swimming pools.

Very good place , fast check in and check out and friendly staff and ,very nice swimming pools , A lots of choice for restaurant , near to the JBR walk , Delicious breakfast , there is a private Beach

The external look of the hotel has a 90s 80s vibe to it, it's not skyscraper long and is can all be captured within the glance of an eye which is very appreciate. The internal decor is simple and funky. The room is lovely, and the service is 3/5. The pool and sea is amazing. Would consider spending the night again.

I visited here today and I must say it's was awesome experience. The rooms have interactive TVs with Guest names displayed by default, you can navigate and see weather forecasts, flight schedules, hotels rooms details and other useful information. Now the resort area at the back got several swimming pools and spa treatment. Also further down is the beach. You can boat rides on the waters. I can say it's and all-in-one location for classy fun and leasure!

This hotel is very good in terms of location, as its on the start of JBR and close to Marina. The hotel staff are very welcoming, service with a smile. The pool area's are very clean. The restaurant food is amazing, staff at the restaurant are very very helpful. A big thank you to Punkaj Sharma. Very nice man, welcoming, will sort out any problem. We where a family of 25 and everything was smooth. Very very good hotel all round.

Over crowded. Expensive. Packed full of screaming kids. Perfect for families and posers. Better options for quiet couples.

Place to immerse in the art of contemporary touch of the goddess. If you are visiting here, ensure that you don't miss to experience the pools and spa. Value for money is a cheap thing to describe for the Standards they offer.

Excellent place. There are plenty of choices for different cuisines.

The hotel has very friendly staff. The location is great. Given that we visited during covid times, the precautionary measures taken by the hotel is outstanding. There are social distancing managers everywhere reminding people to wear masks and not to do behaviors that can assist in spreading the virus. All the restaurants are amazing, Mexican, Indian, Italian... The breakfast is nice, with lot of variety. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The rooms have been modernized with some new technology, relatively small is size though. The view to the beach takes the stress away.

Hotel accommodation & service excellent however their prices for food and drink are rediculous. Having travelled extensively I have just achieved a new PB for the price of a beer!
