Super rude people are working here. I was taking a photo from the beach and your security came to me and in a super rude manner thrown me away saying: "You are using my area! You was standing 5 steps from where you are as well". Watch your stuff please. They are treating people like ....

We went to use the pool area and later to have dinner at Zengo. Facilities and service are excellent as ever. The three pool areas are quite different but each really relaxing and comfortable. The bar areas provide a bit of shade and can get quite busy at he weekend. Zengo was excellent for dinner. Food and service spot on.

Beautiful location, perfect beach and beautiful garden with swimming pools. Rooms are nice but staff is sometimes not well trained. Do not take a room in the club tower because of construction activities next to the club tower that will last one more.

Amazing service from everyone. From check in to check out and everyone in between. Room service providing lots of water, the hotel recognizing my birthday and leaving a lovely token in my room. Roy in particular is a credit to the hotel and exudes professionalism and helpfulness in every way. This was our first visit to the hotel, however we were with my parents who have visited many times and we will 100% return next year.

A great experience with its distinctive location and good location

This is my favourite hotel in Dubai! I ve been staying here since 2004. The resort is wonderful , huge grounds , 3 lovely pools and the enormous beach area , the food in every one of the great restaurants is delicious and the service is always spot on. LRM we LOVE you :) thank you

Indya is a great restaurant with excellent staff whom are very knowledgable and polite. The decor is stunning. Great innovative food and splendid cocktails. Johar is an amazing waiter.

Beautiful hotel. Great restaurants. Great location too for the beach and JBR. Some of the best dining options around JBR are here especially for vegetarians in Maya Kitchen and Indya.

The pool area is very big, they have 3 pools. The service is good and the beer also !

The view of the hotel pictures in the web hotel is beautiful but when I visited the hotel I was shocked by their choice of rooms with a view of workers and inconvenience

Great location and a very nice hotel. Both pool and sea are right at your feet. The various restaurants and bars in the hotel as well as the spa offer a very good service. Always happy there.

Never lets you down staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is too much trouble would highly recommend it.

Great amount of things to do with an also great amount of pools with beach and watersports and camel rides and also small games/activities in area like table tennis, foosball, volleyball, badminton and football as well as a kids play park and also a smoothie hut where u can get many different types of fresh juices and smoothies and also free wifi all round the pools and activities areas even if ur not in the hotel still get free wifi also along the beach so great variety of things to do with family or even great just for abit of alone time in the sun

I became in love with the memories I have experienced in Le Royal Meridien. 6 unforgettable days that I'm blessed to make as the 1st time traveling with my wife after 10 years of marriage. We are so grateful for the helpful experienced staff who are all with no exception are aware of hospitality as a strong industry. For sure I will make that place an escape weekend of my boring daily routine of work

To get your Branch lunch was &Always a great atmosphere

I stayed for 5 nights in August 2019.
It was a dream-like stay and I couldn't return to my daily life for a while after returning to Japan.

Because it was SPG Platinum, I was able to upgrade to the Royal Suite. Is it the best upgrade? I enjoyed an Arabic TV show in the living room every night (I don't understand the language). I was able to try various dishes such as multinational regional patterns or breakfast.

The outside temperature is hot without any hump, so the water temperature is like lukewarm water, which I like, and it doesn't get cold even if I stay in it all the time, so it was an ideal pool.

I would love to come back again when Corona calms down.

Went for a meeting in banquet at the top. Old establishment but well maintained, staff is attentive.

I have no words to describe how amazing this experience was. World class service and mind blowing facilities make this establishment a rarity but then it is Dubai after all. The cuisine was varying and diverse enough to keep me licking my lips for a whole other lifetime. Can't recommend enough

Has access due to staying at the sister hotel GH and found no one really knew policy of what we had access to. Otherwise staff super friendly and very clean

Great beach resort, quality family times, a lot of activities for kids of all ages

Great hotel, attentive staff service. The rooms are spacious, we had a sea view, a bit noisy in the evenings because of the disco by the pool, but by 11 everything stops. Delicious and varied breakfasts struck, rarely where you will find such a choice of dishes from different cuisines of the world, plus you can order fresh egg dishes, waffles, pancakes, immediately cooked with you.

This was the second time we stayed here. 1st time round was in 2013, at that time there was alot of building work going on. When we went this time thankfully there was no building works. The resort boasts some nice resturants aswell as a buffet resturant. Our room was in the new built side near the kids club. The room itself was not as big as you will expect it to be however had a a twin double bed, sofa area, and bathroom/shower room.
The hotel has 3 pools, 2 big ones and 1 kids one. There is also a kids play area where you have badminton nets climbing frames, snakes and ladders (big dice), and football area with footballs provided. The best part however is the private beach area. we spent mist of our time here, the sand was smooth and clean.
The resort is a short walk from the JBR walk. It is full of resturants and shops if you wish to go for a nice stroll or abit of shopping and a cheeky cheesecake.
The staff and service at this resort was outstanding and we will deffinetly be staying for a couple of nights here again on our next visit .

September 2019 - just visited this resort again couple of days ago and all i want to say is that the service we received exceeded all expectations. The staff are very efficient, helpful and friendly. The new resturants in there are amazing. The room we got this time gave the best views. If you are visiting Dubai i will strongly recommend staying here.

Saw a decaying bird on one of the umbrella stations but we've enjoyed the table tennis, badminton and soccer section.

Beautiful hotel full of class. Food is excellent you are right on the beach. A variety of pools and bars. Highly recommended for all ages!!!
