Great hotel. Good service, friendly and very helpful staff. My husband lost his iphone in a taxi, leaving the hotel. Resort staff was super helpful in searching for it and next day we got our iphone back.
Food is good, very clean everywhere, pools are nice, clean beach, Overall just a very nice stay.

Staff helpful and friendly. The problems I experienced was our room view was of a building site with a 24 hour generator making so much noise I struggled to sleep. When I complained the manager said it was a good view and there was nothing he could do about it.
Alcohol drinks is not all inclusive it s from 6pm to 8pm and you can only have 1 drink at a time.

This is one resort that's highly recommended. Lots of activities to do for the entire family plus there is a great selection of restaurants. The brunch is one of the highlights - awesome is how i can best describe it. You can get the day use options for the pool or beach for non hotel guests at a fee which is really nice.

Great hotel, good rooms and restaurants, the location is also great, the staff is above all praise.
We have stayed in it three times already, the cuisine in restaurants has deteriorated a little, but the number of rooms, price-quality ratio, staff, location and infrastructure for us personally puts it in first place at JBR. In all honesty, of course, we like the neighboring Ritz Carlton better, but prices bite a lot, so for now this is our favorite hotel)

On the recommendation of one travel agency, booked in November 2017 a Standard Sea View Room for $ 500 per night for two with half board.
Hoping for the best, we arrived at the hotel late in the evening. And apparently they took the administrators by surprise. After half an hour of fussing at the counter, we were handed the keys to the desired room, only with a view not of the sea, but of a grandiose construction site that goes under the windows around the clock, thick double-glazed windows do not save us from the rumble of working equipment.
In response to our surprised question, the locals kindly apologized and said that it was high season and it happened so, all the rooms with sea views are occupied, and we will refund the difference in cost, do not worry.
Now about the room, as I understand it, the hotel has an old and renovated room stock.
If you're lucky, then in everything. Of course we got the old one. Not only is the furniture, carpet and everything else worn out and shabby, but also extremely untidy. There are traces of spilled coffee on the nightstand, dust is everywhere. Revizorro in white gloves would give a fat deuce.
The next day, we were still moved to another building, thanks to the Russian-speaking girls at the reception. And that's another matter, the rooms are completely new, design, cleanliness, service - everything is at a high level.
There are no questions about food in the hotel, it is varied and tasty. As for alcohol in a hotel, as everywhere in the UAE it is expensive, say a shot of 40 ml McCalan 12 years old - 20 bucks.
Summary - settle only in the renovated main building overlooking the sea, play in the duty free and everything will be fine!

THE PLACE TO BE !! 4th stay at DUBAI and this hotel is really the best especially for spending a few days of rest. Good value for money, diversity of food with 6 different catering options, beautiful beach, permanent entertainment without disturbing those who want calm. The staff are attentive to customer well-being (specific recommendation to Anish as reception manager). Now I know where to go when coming to DUBAI (even the Ritz-Carlton 5 mins away is not better for more expensive bp!).

Ended up being stranded due to sudden rain. The place was a mess. They don't assist their guests with taxi reservations at all. Some of the guests were anxiously looking for rides one of them took her frustration out at me when my ride arrived. Plus their housekeeping staff was very inconsiderate and discourteous. They kept saying taxis won't come in as there's water every where which didn't offer any kind of help or comfort

High-level standing! Exceptional service and magnificent surroundings, the hotel rooms are perfectly equipped. The food service is just amazing!
The many swimming pools, green spaces and the proximity to the beach are a real plus for this resort.
The WALK promenade is really not far on foot.

This is an amazing place to stay and relax. Hamams, pools, spa, beach. There are many different bars and restaurants. Don't forget about happy hours. If you stay in the hotel then you shall check out the lounge on the first floor and enjoy sea breeze at the outside area

Stunning sophisticated hotel. Superb service, beautiful restaurants serving international cuisine, some al fresco. Magnificent huge pool complex with an internal bar, where you can enjoy drinks submerged in the pool. Adjacent verdant green spaces for relaxation, and a wonderful beach with public access. The clientele of the hotel are sophisticated and it will appeal to the more mature seeking a sanctuary away from the noise. The hotel has two wings one is themed on French Empire neo-classicism with rooms tastefully appointed, The other is post modernism. I thoroughly recommend this hotel. Be careful you avoid the rooms next to an enormous hotel development. The view is shocking and the constructive noise starts at 7.00am and often continues into the evening!
