Amazing location and setting. The property and service has vastly improved since the renovation a few years ago. Perfect for couples and families. Housekeeping department needs to be improved.

Have visited this hotel three times now. Cannot fault it for service and quality. In fact the service is sometimes a little overpowering because they are trying so hard. Grounds and pulls are clean and make for a refreshing Oasis in the middle of dusty concrete Dubai. Highly recommend visiting the spa and if you've just won the lottery make sure you visit the Gary Rhodes restaurant.

Excellent hotel! Spotless rooms! Eating is great! The manegerin Mrs. Manuela is a perfectionist and delightful person, she reads the wishes of her clients in a few words, even Mrs. Lara from man in this Hotel, like all the staff, all or almost all earn their own
Salary.
What can we say we will be back. Thanks Antonio

Fabulous hotel in the Marina district. So spacious, stylish, stunning views over the Marina, Atlantis, ocean and Burj. Staff extremely friendly and professional with a no problem attitude. The club package is excellent value as the buffet restaurant is world class and spoilt for choice, afternoon tea and happy hour all included so a very good value option. The hotel has multiple pools, restaurants and bars so whilst it is a huge complex it's not overcrowded and has a nice vibe.
Can definitely recommend a stay. The Royal Suite on Level 13 is something else but the normal rooms and very good as we were given one until the larger room was ready- spoilt!!

Fantastic place! The hotel is directly at the Jumeirah Walk, so it has got the perfect place of location. Also the leisure time activities are awesome. For example it is possible to play table tennis, tennis, soccer, go to the gym (also a kidsgym) and many other activites.
The food at dinner at breakfirst is very delicious and fresh. The variety is very big.
But the important point is the service. The whole personal is friendly and always smiling. Ruby, one of the waitresses, provided us often and it was perfect! Ruby offered us the best service we ever had. Just perfect. Next to the hotel was a big building site, but that wasn't such a big problem. We are missing Le Royal Meredian and we are missing Ruby!

Super hotel! The hotel is right on the Jumeirah Walk, so it's in the perfect location. The leisure activities are just as fantastic. For example, you can play table tennis, tennis, soccer. You can also go to the gym. There is also a gym for children.
The breakfast and dinner were freshly prepared and were very tasty. You have a huge selection of dishes from all over the world.
The most important point, however, is the service, which was just incredibly good. The whole staff is friendly and always ready to have fun. We were fortunate that Ruby, one of the service staff, served us often. Ruby's service was perfect and was the best service we've ever had. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but that wasn't a big problem. We miss Le Royal Meridian and above all we miss Ruby!
Greetings from Germany (from room number 119)

As always a great hotel. Spacious pool area and attentive staff. Location right on the walk JBR, sometimes annoying the planes of Skydive Dubai and also the newly built apartment tower next to the hotel, which caused construction noise and the other much shadow on the pool area throws, are minor flaws, for which the Hotel Ber nothing can.
Very good breakfast and also a wide choice of restaurants.

A classic Dubai hotel destination that was kept up with the times over it's well established history. The property exudes sophistication and comfort. There are multiple pools and the beach with a great pool bar and restaurant! The friendliness and attentiveness of all staff is second to none - they couldn't do more to help you out.

I personally don't like this hotel coz it's old fashioned. No fresh orange juice even though it's a 5 star hotel, and the ac inside is humid. The beach is man made so it feels like your stepping in boogers. The only nice thing about this hotel is the outside pool area. Oh, and I saw a huge rat once in Mai Thai outside. Disgusting

Nice

I did not stay at the Le Meridian, but at the sister property Grosvenor Hotel. Since they are sister properties, Grosvenor guest have access to the Le Meridian property including the pool and beach. You can even have items billed back to the Grosvenor hotel room making it convenient to not need to carry cash and the free shuttle every 15 minutes makes it easy. Many amazing outdoor spaces to lounge and sunbathe. With Patio restaurants, a swim up bar and acres of Sandy Beach, it's difficult to imagine not having a good time.

I found myself very well in this hotel which has an equipped beach unlike many others that can only offer the pool. We were also greeted by staff who spoke Italian. When I return to Dubai I will definitely stay here.

Great hotel with a beautiful green area, service at the height. There are several pools, about a dozen cafes and restaurants on site, access to the beach. Peacocks walk freely on the territory. The rooms are well equipped, cleaning every day. Everything is on top.

Sad to say that the Hotel has changed . Music is allowed to be played loudly until 3:30am in the morning. A wedding party. Greed at the expense of the other hotel guests. Not my idea of staying at a 5 star hotel .
Room used to have tooth brushes , mouth wash etc left in the bath room. We are told now you have to ask for these. Gone is the home to home experience.
Breakfast has suffered cuts as well. Mixed nuts etc used to be available for breakfast. They have gone too.
Unsalted butter , strawberry jam. You have to ask for these as well.
Sadly it has not reflected in the price being charged.
It takes a good 15-20 minutes to contact the duty manager to complain.
Hotel warns you of the noise from the building work but not from the music . It is just as annoying .
For someone who has enjoyed coming back
Year after year I don't think I would like to return. Idea of a holiday is to feel home from home. Not be deprived of your sleep and have to ask for everything.
Total arrogance from the management .

The hotel is luxurious. It has a very nice modern interior and is absolutely clean.
The room was a super deluxe sea view room. Very nicely furnished in one of the two towers next to the main house (right).
A skyscraper is currently being built behind one of the two towers, the one on the left next to the hotel (as of mid-July). So it is already there. This takes away the sea view from some rooms there. You can hear the noise by the pool. It didn't bother us. Everything was quiet around and in our tower. It was quiet on the beach, which is a little further ahead. I think the construction site should be ready soon. Otherwise no new construction sites are visible as everything should be built.
Before we booked we commented that the small plane would be so loud that the skydiver is constantly unloading and its runway to the right of the beach is on a jetty. So I never heard of it on the balcony or on the beach. It was nice to watch the spectacle. On the beach there are chairs that you can put in the sea. That's nice. Of the marine animals ticked on the beach board: jellyfish and stingrays, nothing to be seen during our stay.
The staff tries everything to make your stay a pleasant one and helps with any problems. The concierge desk in the lobby was very helpful with any questions. English is spoken. Every day we were supplied with plenty of water in the room and fresh fruit. The hotel provided the large pool towels as well as the drinks cooler. The pool bars are nice but you should know that you can't buy alcohol regularly in this country. Many bars and restaurants do not offer any. Supermarkets not at all. Disco and hotel e.g. offer. However, a beer can, cocktail etc. generally costs from around 10. Pay attention to the happy hour :-) Oh yes and across the street from the hotel is a nice supermarket.
There was nothing wrong with the food. Perfect! Breakfast was great too. The only drawback you can use half board in the side restaurants. You then get a menu. It was the same menu every day although it was advertised in large format on the counter with tablets. Could also have been due to the low season (it was July, 40 degrees). In any case, the main restaurant Brasserie 2.0 was completely enough for us.
The hotel is located on a fine, flat, beautiful sandy beach. It has 3 cooled pools. The walk is right next to it. A relatively new promenade with restaurants and shops. Also the marina, very nice in the evening when brightly lit ships sail, is around the corner. Shuttle buses run free of charge from the hotel to the malls every day.
The hotel guests were very nice international people who knew how to behave. There were no points of friction or disrespectful behavior. But it wasn't that busy because off-season.

We arrived yesterday after a long flight. We booked in advance, 5 month ago, 3 super deluxe rooms with sea view. After a long checkin they gave us 3 rooms with view to a construction work, a very noisy environment. Totally a joke, totally unacceptable. Just unprofessional.

Excellent beachfront resort in Dubai Marina near JBR. Hotel has more than 10 different Restaurants and bars covering many cuisines. JBR with lots of restaurants and shops is 5 min walk away. 3 swimming pools with different temperatures and luxury fitness center and sunna are other advantage! Hotel is one of oldest in this area ( i guess more than 25 years) but nicely renewed recently. Free vault parking and Free Wifi.
Buffet breakfast is awesome
