Great place for personal or business, exhaustive breakfast and good location !

The standard room is very limited. I had to change and take a room category above to be comfortable. But without so much having what I thought, not even a bathtub ... Bof

location is very near to lafayette. and lots of food around the area. room at lv2 facing the main course can hear all the car noise. very noisy at times.

Not centrally located its just near the metro but as a tourist , arc de and opera house area is good for tourist

Excellent service, but pricy food. 31 for a burger and fries.

Great place to stay near the metro for easy access to Paris

The hotel is ok, in a very good location, but way too pricey for the old rooms and an ok service.

Inconvenient location, bad interior views (just keep your shades closed), small rooms. But the shower/bathroom is nice and modern and the bed was comfy. The expensive internet was ridiculous - management needs to catch up to 2013. As a tourist, you're better off staying somewhere closer to the action.

Mouldy food in the fridge on arrival, dirty towel, dirty shower and a member of staff tried to enter my room in the middle of the night... Also Air Conditioning was switched off by house keeping, so room was roasting when I returned in the evening.

They sell jazz evenings, but then the music is pop piano bar. We are not really there.

Good hotel, located near the subway where the bus takes to the airport, breakfast is not included and it is quite expensive

Nice rooms but the prices and service at the bar are both horrendous.
I asked for a special cocktail, very simple to make, they told me they would charge at least 30 euros for it (a fancy cocktail bar in Paris charged me 12 euros for the same special request!)

I was recently in Paris for a 4-night stay. When I checked in, the internet in my room didn t work. I reported it, was assured it would be taken care of ... but nothing happened. This repeated in days 2 and 3. No internet, assured it would be taken care of and then nothing. On the 4th night I had a bunch of work to do as well as planning for a long weekend. With the internet still not working I spoke personally to a number of people in different departments as well as the manager. All assured me it would be taken care of but it wasn t. I did get a nice note from the manager on my checkout acknowledging how important the internet is for work and travel but other than being sympathetic, offered nothing.

I travel to Paris often and luckily there are lots of hotels with internet that works and a staff that cares, including the Hyatt Etiole across the street for the same price. I often stay at Meridien hotels but I won t stay at this one again.

Le Meridien Etoile is a nice place but lacks charm and its meeting rooms are in the basement so without windows

Expected more for the price. Room and bathroom quality is in the range of novotel/ibis etc. Room service dinner cost 70 euros for standard three course. Lobby looks good. Rooms are tiny. Bathrooms as tiny as they can get. Not really recommended. Can get much better elsewhere for the price

Le Meridien is a huge city hotel with mostly tourists from all over the world. The condition of the rooms is sometimes very bad, cleanliness is rather small. The prices are - even for Paris - outrageous.
The overall impression is just horrible!

Very good location in the middle of Paris. Local transport, shopping, restaurants, attractions - all within walking distance.

The rooms are Paris usual small, but at least a bit bigger I would have expected in this hotel. The condition is only to be described as defective (see pictures) Completely worn, for example, large pieces of the door frames are broken and the windows let in more noise than they leave outside. All the equipment is run down and old. The cleanliness was poor, I like the details, such as the mold in the bathroom, not describe.

The service is, like the whole hotel, meaningless and average. The staff at the front desk is experienced and speaks very good English, but if the guests are already in two rows, for friendliness apparently no time. The rooms make a dingy impression, here you can better the stockings.
W-Lan is not only not offered free of charge, it costs a whopping 20 euros for a day or 10 euros for an hour!

It was good but not exceptional. The concept is interesting with the starters and desserts at will for gourmands. The desserts are homemade and I liked. Drink also in pound service.

one of the worst hotels I have stayed. poorly polished staff and service worthy of two stars.

In brunch mode with a jazz concert. A very good group, passionate. A very good moment.

Ok hotel. The internet is terrible. Do not use if you have to do video conference. Problems with the internet get routed overseas. Not good service at all or way to hardline connect.

No wifi, shabby host, no commercial gesture, kind as broomsticks. I do not know how they got good reviews on travel sites and I do not want to know but flee as much as you can, they do not deserve as much money

I lived in it 10 years ago and came back as it is very close to the Eiffel, the Arc de Triomphe and the Shans

Well. Nothing to say. Consistent with what is expected of this type of hotel.

Not at starwood level. The hall looks like a souk. The vip lounge is pour nothing like this in the world. Room spg floor not the level of spg.

Nothing really to shout about, poor internet and over dramatic staff.

Recently renovated. Lounge now available for SPG members. Nice balcony that has great view of Eiffel tower convenient to mass transit. Small rooms. Large lobby area to meet etc.

Big hotel easy access to all Paris small clean rooms

There is a jazz lounge in the lobby. I am tired. My room is literally shaking. How that is acceptable is beyond my comprehension. It is midnight. I expect comfort quiet and the ability to get rest when I stay in a 200+ euro per night hotel.

Price/quality is average. Location is good, hence expensive becomes acceptable.

Great location (I got to experience my first tear gas with the Yellow Vest protests) AND we walked to the Christmas Market at the Tuilleries (since Metro was closed around the Arc de Triumph (sp?) we got 34k steps in...15 miles)

It was fantastic with hope to return si if possible thank you staff also for the birthday that cake delicious !!!!

The service of this hotel is great! The room is slightly compact but clean and stylish. The restaurant breakfast buffet is fantastic. Although the lounge provides breakfast, I still highly suggest choose breakfast as the welcome gift if your status is higher than platinum. The only disadvantage is that the lounge is not very spacious, so sometimes it is crowded.

Elegant and modern hotel in Porte Mallot. I have stayed here on both of my stay in Paris. My favorite is the breakfast buffet. If you need to enjoy a French breakfast this will give you all the different varieties and experience. The hotel staff are very professional and always willing to help. It is also conveniently located with a mile and half from the Eiffel tower and a mile from the Arc. Also across the street there is the mall you can step in for a quick lunch.

With attractive rooms, a pleasant and English knowledgeable staff,, and close proximity to the convention center; this hotel is hard to beat.

the rooms are nice and comfortable, but it's the factory ... the breakfast is noisy and overworked.
Everything is long from check in to luggage ...

The location is favilendaccea and 500m from a metro station. On the other hand, the quality versus price ratio is miserable. Room small, not excellent a model of cleanliness. My experience is very far from expectations.
