Great location convenient travel to and from airport via KLIA ekspres. The food and service is really nice too.

I was positively surprised by this hotel. Perfect location in KL, nice, clean and spacious rooms. The restaurant area is huge and the amount of food offered for breakfast and lunch is gigantic. The outside pool area is quiet and staying there is relaxing. A clear recommendation from me!

Good clean hotel. Connected to train to airport. Food in restaurants is okay. Nothing to rave about. Property falls short of SPG standards.

This is my go to hotel for business trips, they have really comfortable rooms and their lounge is great. Breakfast buffet spread has a lot of varieties too.

It's just as good as expected. It has all kind of facilities such as swimming pool, gym, spa, etc.

Really really convenient and has a great access to both shopping and also to the airport. If you taking the train, it will only take ~30 mins to get here from the airport.

Breakfast and its room-dining service are also quite good and offer various options.

A great hotel to stay.. I will come back to visit again one day

Attended a wedding dinner here. Lousy service by the waiters. Needed some water. Waiters totally ignored the table. Very unprofessional especially during a wedding event.

Great buffet service. A huge variety of food from appetizers to desserts.

Front desk staff range from super helpful to highly incompetent and dishonest (for example telling me there are no upgrades available when in fact there are suites available online and the hotel staff tells you the hotel is 60% full and offering some platinum members a free welcome drink and others nothing)

Decent room service and quite good club floor. Be sure to drop by for dinner at the club floor between 6 and 8 because guests polish off the food quite quickly.

Don't bother with the bar. Terrible selection of drinks and horrible mixing. You're better off going to the zeta bar in the Hilton next door but that too is loud (and tinny) with sub par performers (by North American standards)

The pool is fabulous although the Hilton side is more fun with a water slide and water fall.

Decent same day laundry and dry cleaning available (even to outsiders) and highly) competitive rates

The front desk needs to better serve platinum members. For someone who has stayed 300 days at Starwood chains over three years you really should find an upgrade suite and not lie to guests.

Went there for CNY dinner with my bf. They had many dishes and food was delicious too.

Room was good but restaurant service was very poor and not accommodating to Ala Carte orders.

A wonderful property which is now part of the Marriott Group.

Love the interiors of the lobby area, as well as the room.

The club lounge has got a great selection of F&B during the evening cocktail hour from 6.30pm till 9.00pm. (Kids are not allowed in the club lounge after 7pm.)

The breakfast selection at The Latest Recipe was really comprehensive with a great selection of local delights as well as international cuisines. Love the shots of mocktail specially concocted for diners to kickstart their day with. Teh Tarik (Malaysian style pulled milk tea) was also served alongside the conventional choices of coffee and tea.

Bar Gastro has a nice selection of local delights, as well as Western food. Enjoyed the "22 hour wagyu beef cheeks" which was flavorful and literally melted in my mouth. The desserts are to die for too! Yumz!

The gym with a changing room and a suana, jacuzzi and steam bath is co-shared with guests residing in the Hilton KL which was beside Le Meridien. The gym with it's state of art workout facilities and fitness classes is one of the better ones I have come across.

The swimming pool is really great for a nice soak but not exactly conducive for laps.

All in all, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at the Le Meridien KL. Would definitely be back again! :D

Latest recipe offers good variety of food selection

Excellent location, convinient for connection to public transport system. Great selection of buffet breakfast & dinner at Latest Recipe. Lounge for platinum guests with nice view & descent selections of f&b.

I went there for my staycation and their reservation manager Karen Yep shared other customer s information to me via email mistakenly, later their guest experience manager Sohban Nair told me it s not the first time they did this.....and he said he will send me an email to follow up my refund progress, I never received anything....

Great place to dine at latest recipe restaurant, we had a lovely time here. Great selection of foods. Definitely will dine here again.

An exquisite place to have an event or just stay for the night.

Convenient location. Staff were very friendly. Room was cosy. Only issue was the pillow was too soft so i didnt really get a good nights sleep.

A very well run 5 star hotel situated at the KL Sentral. Very convenient for transportation especially all major train lines are connected here for commuting.

I dont fancy going there traffic is horrendous, parking complicated, lobby looks like that of a massage parlour with d lighting and decor. Not my idea of hotel but thats my opinon only..

The hotel is very well located right by the Sentral station, 29 mins. by train from the airport, and less than 30 mins. by taxi from any of the major business hubs or shopping malls in KL.
The hotel facilities are excellent, trendy and very nicely decorated.
My room was modern, with stylish and sleek furniture, comfortable and with all required amenities.
Breakfast was good, catering for all tastes and with fresh ingredients.
Staff was very helpful and professional.

Fabulous and would highly recommend. 1 minute walk from KL sentral (KLIA Express and other lines) Lobby area bright and open with cafe & shop. Standard rooms although not the biggest, are comfortable and clean. We took breakfast in KL sentral food court. 7 Rinngit each as opposed to 70 in the hotel! Still recommended for stay and location.

Located in just right in front of KL Sentral... makes it very convenience to get train or commuter. Really enjoy the Club Lounge... it's just fabulous...

5 Star Hotel andservice, perfect location and very accessible to the city and airport!

Newly renovated rooms are amazing, as is the pool and the dinner buffet. Great location and excellent value for money.

Went there for an event, security check is tight, the food is yummy and the atmosphere is great for event!

Next to Sentral Station. Convenient for those who perfers to take the airport express rail into city. Has a huge mall next to it. Overall pleasant stay, plush bed and attentive staff but marred by screw up in hotel reservation leading to loss of stay benefits.

Great food great service. Parking charges though is a whopper.

Le Meriden is conveniently located in KL Sentral transportation hub and a lakeside garden where I can go outdoor jogging easily.

Poor food n very limited parking space especially during wedding dinner season..

A reasonable and comfortable hotel. It can not be helped because it is Malaysia, but the hot water is yellowish and the temperature is lower. Other than that, it was a wonderful hotel. Direct connection to the KL Central Station is very convenient, but for the first-time users, if you follow the directions on the display, you will be lost.

Stayed in the suite with adjoining rooms. We took a total of 2 rooms. So far so good except the fact that there was cockroach on the baby seat that we requested for our baby. Disappointing but they were quick to clean it etc.

Food is great. A great place to held an annual dinner with family and friends.

Reception service was excellent. My husband returned to room first while I shopped further and realised later that I have no key to go up to my room. Reception kindly gave me another card to access the lift to my room. Room is very clean and spacious.
