Clean room, amenities great, central location and good rates.
Service is excellent as always. Parking available and easy to park on all 3 levels. You will not be disappointed.

Expensive place for meetings but definitely gives a bang for your buck.

This hotel quite good, having a large bathroom, but no privacy in the bathroom can access direct to bed without any lock. Its not good for children they can play with the door

Nice hotel with great restaurants inside. With good strategic location as just beside Sentra Kuala Lumpur. Night time pool side is one of the best place for chilling out.

Great steaks, do try the wagyu beef ribs! Big hit on the wallet though.

I like the lunch buffet with variety of foods, quite hard too choose. The foods are everywhere, even on the modern cupboard racks, they really creative in placing the foods.

I like the location. Few minutes walking distance to KLIA express train station to the airport, KL Sentral mall for decent shopping and food, good local Indian and Chinese food 15 to 20 mins walk away, genting bus station a few minutes away if you want to catch a ride to genting for casino or kids park. As for the hotel itself, nice swimming pool, good gym and the buffet on the restaurant is commendable though not remarkable. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. Finally if your are spg platinum member, the lounge is great and night scenery from the lounge fantastic

5 star stay hotel , so comfortable and new. Excellent service and buffet too

Good location for meetings. Starwood member privileges. Great food outlets such as the Japanese Sushi Restaurant (pricey) and the Prime Steak House.

Wonderful business hotel. Right across the street from the KLIA Express that takes you to and from the airport. There is clear signage and an enclosed pedestrian bridge to the hotel. Room itself is bright and clean with lots of power outlets. Desk is quite tall and chair is adjustable for the people with long legs. Mini bar items were fresh, breakfast options plentiful l, and customer service was great. Will be returning to this hotel on my next business visit to KL!

Great stay. Comfortable bed. Service was great and so was the hotel breakfast spread.

Service is impeccable and friendly. Live band was great. Had a nice time coffee lounging with the live band playing after a great meal at Prime.

I've been at Latest Recipe Restaurant twice . nice selections of international foods . For example , the japanese foods section got udon with two soups ; vegetables tempura deep fried , sushis and raw seafoods to try . you can found from west to east amazing foods . ambient environment . helpful staff .

This staring hotel located besides the KL Hilton share same car park, swimming pool, spa and gym but have its own rooms tower. Spacious lobby, front office counter. Great spacious rooms with high water pressure. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Hotel patrons have cheap discount parking rate.

Nice beautiful hotel located right at KL Sentral where the you can transfer to all the different train & LRT lines in KL.Rooms are a bit small and there's a miscommunication with the receptionist on duty pertaining to free carpark entitlement,otherwise a pleasant place to stay.

Outstanding service great rooms great. Clean friendly and beautiful pool and amenities. Close to the Train for easy access to the every where.

Been to this place for meeting. In general, very impressive place for event organising, great hall. Staff are helpful. Food is o.k.
Location can't be better, at KL Sentral area, connected to shopping mall and public transport hub.
Toilet is clean.

Club lounge provides a generous spread of food and drinks selections. Staffs are attentive

Visited for buffet dinner for Ramadhan.... Food are OK only

price is slightly higher compared to sister spg hotel aloft nearby, but the modern newly renovated room justify the price difference. they have 6 elevators serving 30++ storey (dont remember exactly how many floors) but it stops at alot of floors, hence waiting + elevator time may takes up to 5 minutes and this is not during busy hours. breakfast spread is good. friendly staffs in lobby, concierge and also room service. internet speed is good. hotel now have direct covered connection to both KL sentral and MRT station

The new room upgrade looks refreshing. However, the working desk and chair is lifted and it's not comfortable for working. Bad design on that.

All the facilities and food were good except 1 thing. Le Meridien please watch out your staff. This morning i left the room early with my iphone charger at the plug beside the bed because my husband will be staying a bit longer for a discussion at level 6 and will checkout in the afternoon. I left one of the room key at the receptionist. Unfortunately, when my husband went to the room for his prayer before checkout, he found out the plug & usb charger were NOT there while the room still not been makeup yet. We assume maybe 1 of your staff keep it.My husband did ask the receptionist but they said they don t take it then how this can happend? Is the room can be entered by anyone even we are not officially checkout? Who is the responsible person to hold the key?How someone can enter the room if without the key? Its not about the charger its about your integrity and honesty! Please dont do this to others as well because obviously later will affect your good name. I dont expect to face this kind of problem from such a known Le Meridien hotel.

hotel is just newly renovated last year. the area is right beside the KL sentral main station and Nu sentral.
recommended for business travel.

Had Chinese new year buffet dinner 3 days ago...4 of us had food poisoning

Convenient near KL Sentral Station.

We passed the massage for the blind people near the Indian street over 2 hours pool lounge the next day, 3 hours for the blind person massage.

Location wise is convenient and few shopping centers nearby

Incredible lounge for SPG platinum members . With daily dinner based on their specialty restaurants. Free flow liquor too for the evening. Bed making done more than once a day Very prompt service by staffs for rooms
