Relaxing ambience, friendly waiter, quick preparation, delicious food

Friendly staff. Lovely their suite and swimming pool. Next to KL central. Convenient to go around

Food is just ok, service is good. Place is abit cold and so as the food once it reaches the table.

The most convenient Hotel in KL, amenities and staff are good too! Definitely recommend

Gastro Sentral menu is limited. One would expect bite size menu should be more interesting.

I checked in here in July, 2015 to repay a return visit to my friend and his family at Kuala Lumpur. I could easily get to the hotel at terminal Sentral from the Airport without troubling my friend to pick me up. My room had a good view of the swimming pool that I swam a lot when I was there!

One of my favorite hotels. There's always been a middle eastern feel about this place.

Clean rooms with all necessary items including toothbrush and toothpaste! Just across the road from Nu Sentral - so convenient!

Direct connection to central station. Breakfast buffet is highly recommended. The room is also clean and beautiful. The staff also speaks and is kind. This is always the first choice when staying in Kuala Lumpur.

I have been coming to Latest Recipe in the hotel many times over the past few years. It was exciting and worthwhile to chit chat over relaxed but fulfiling buffet lunch.

Nice hotel just next to Sentral station- easy to access the train system and large shopping mall next door. Clean and comfortable rooms, spacious and well maintained - great housekeeping service! Good pool area and gym, a few nice restaurants to try too! A very pleasant stay

Having staid in all SPG hotels in and around KL, I'm certain this is the best one. As SPG platinum they go out of your way to upgrade you to a larger room. The pool and gym facilities, although shared with next door Hilton, are absolutely fantastic and huge. The real gem here however is the club lounge! The service impeccable and the food and drink options fantastic. Arguably this Meridien has the best lounge in the world. Whatever you do make sure your stay includes access to the lounge you won't regret it

I will choose to return to this hotel whenever I got a chance to be in Kuala Lumpur! It never fails to make me feel like home. They got the best bed and the best shower (with a view)! As Platinum Elite member, however, due to high peak season, no suite was offered for upgrade. But fortunately enough, the hotel upgraded my room to Premier Room. I must say that the Club Lounge is definitely worth it and divine! The food served during the cocktail session is full of selection from hot food to desserts, from soda to sparkling wine! Their special menu during New Year Eve really got me caught off guard, they served fresh oyster and Australian Beef slides!! However, I must advise that there is a lot of guests there too, so go early and take your seat early!

As always, their breakfast with Illy coffee served is always great! Bravo to the team and please continue your hard work! I will be back!

Very nice 5-star hotel directly across from rail station so very easy to get to airport. In KLs rush hour that is a life saver. Very courteous staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is generous Asian styled buffet. It's now my favorite hotel when visiting KL.

Another visit...just discovered the mall across the street in train station. Another great convenience for this hotel.

It was renovated in a modern and comfortable way.

5 star hotel. Such a wonderful as the hotel location is strategic in KL Sentral. Accessible by LRT, ERL, MRT and bus.

Amazing experience staying at this hotel. The staff went seriously out of their way. They are all brilliant. Rooms extremely nice and the bed was so comfortable. Very nicely located at the sentraal station. Easy to get around. Very highly recommend this hotel. Extremely high standards.

The bins in the room also have a separate space for recycling. I was overjoyed to see this! The hotel should be commended for this. I would stay here again without a doubt for this reason alone!

Great food. Parking too expensive, I paid RM50.00 for 3 hours stay. Advice to take Grab to go there..

I like the location where it is located at KL Sentral where you can find many restaurants. The room itself nicely arrange eventhough a bit small compared to Le Meridien Putrajaya

Great central location. Easy to get transport to anywhere in the city. Rooms were fantastic and the kids loved the pool area.

Posh business like atmosphere , with a touch of family warmness. Easy access right in the middle of town. Good chooces of shopping variety surrounding it. Service is excellent.

The location is very good from the airport by MRT, the high floor room view is very good, the executive lounge is very spacious and comfortable, the discount price is very high!

Room was really modern and clean. Location was definitely "Sentral" and convenient. Most importantly the staff service was impeccable. I travel for business to 5 star hotels regularly and the service here is among the top. Don't miss breakfast, it's really good variety and taste.

Stayed there for a week and totally enjoyed my stay!

Malaysia is always a place to stay. It's a pity that there's nothing to walk on, but there's still a Z-Bar at Hilton so you can enjoy it in moderation. There is also a big mall right next door to buy goods.

Proximity to kl sentral. You can easily reach hotel from airport by the airport express in just 50 rm.
Comfortable room. Enough toiletries and yes/cover provided. Service in general is great. Lavish complimentary breakfast. Quite a few different restaurants in the hotel if you do want to eat I hotel. Awesome pool with a mini waterfall and water slide. A small jacuzzi. For the cost that you pay you don't feel disappointed, it's amongst the costliest.

We visited for Chinese New Year buffet in resturant so review is related to that and not the hotel accommodation. Staff seemed friendly and service good. I'd say it's definitely the best hotel buffet that I've had in KL (great selection of food). We'd come again.

Nice hotel, with lots of very good restaurants on the premises. Swimming pool and gym are shared with Hilton. Swimming pool does not provide for laps due irregular shape. However, it is nice place to relax. Gym is well equipped and fairly big. Location is not the best. For those who travel light and do not care hassle when using local transportation it may prove convenient.

Love this hotel. Very friendly and efficient hotel. Cosy rooms and great beds. I immediately fall asleep when my head touches the pillows. Great for bussiness and holidays
