Value for money and has good facilities. Staff are polite.

Convenient location next to KL Sentral train station. Rooms seem new and clean but definitely more of a business hotel than a holiday one.

The staff at the meeting rooms, ballrooms,.on the sixth floor are top notch, they show initiative and helpfulness not often found in Malaysia. The food was great, the two permanent food stations with the assortment of cold and hot beverages, snacks and desserts is very innovative as was the parking validation machine. Great place to hold an event.

I went on a business trip so my luggage was heavy and I chose it with good access conditions.
The convenience is excellent in front of Central Station.
Breakfast was delicious and I was also happy with Japanese food.

As we used Platinum benefit of certain card, rate was advantageous, too.
The next business trip will also be here.

For a restaurant that was voted best Italian restaurant in Kuala Lumpur by the Malaysian Tattler we were very disappointed. The quality of the food was alright, but nothing to shout about. Also upon asking what kind of water we wanted, non of the staff asked us if we wanted to order drinks. Anyway for the price and setup the food quality was forgetful to say the least.

I love the desserts at the 8th floor function room. Just dont like the location... mother of all jams is there.

An absolutely stunning lobby and reception area.The reception wall changes colour , the lobby area is vast accomodatiing good waiting space and a good cafe is situated at the entrance of the hotel for easy convenience to get that coffe before you dash out for the day.

Good service with good room. Upgraded to corner room which is more spacious.

Well connected. Easy access from station and bus. Very close to shopping malls.

One of the best hotels in KL with a reasonable price. The rooms are luxurious and quite spacious. The staff are very hospitable and friendly. I've visited the hotel on servers ask occasions and it never fails to meet my expectations. There is a good variety of restaurants available in the hotel premise itself. The location is absolutely fantastic being only a stones throw away from KL Sentral which means you can literally travel anywhere by train if you ever decide to stay here during your holiday. Parking can be a little pricey but I suggest to use the train if you're coming here for an event. Overall a great hotel and I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for affordable luxury for visiting Kuala Lumpur.

Wish the Coffee House at the lounge had a wider variety for tea.

Staff are friendly. Nice food and great atmosphere. Selected credit cards enjoy up to 40%/50% discount promotion for selected period/menu. After having dinner at Gastro, we headed to the lobby for coffee. If you are dining at Le Meridien, you can get cheaper parking rate by asking one of the staff to validate your parking ticket. You can check with any restaurant staff.

Beautiful hotel. Convenient location right next to Sentral station. Club lounge is one of the best SPG had to offer.

Rooms are ok but the small personal touches are missing . Like small snacks and confectionaries. I am a spg gold member but it seems I get less appreciation then before when I wasnt even gold

The food at Latest Recipe restaurant is great. There are many choices of western, Malay, Chinese, Japanese, mamak and many more. Sashimi tuna and salmon are the best.

Excellent lounge is just amazing , staff let this hotel down, hotel is always so cold and nothing gets done about give u same rubbish answers, but exc lounge is fantastic cannot fault it well worth paying

Nice hotel locate just about a minute walk distance to sentral station. Hotel just renovated rooms.

Dinner at Prime. Service was extremely slow and the food was nothing to shout about.

Great place to stay. Easy in and out with KL Sentral right below the building and easy connection into the expressways. Good bar at the lobby level. Nice exec lounge and the bar at 5th floor as well

The staff there were friendly and helpful when it comes to directions and they even provided us with an extention for the check out time. The location is excellent as the public transport is within walkable distance.

Served with excellent selection of starter, main and desert. strongly recommend good place for buffer lunch and dinner.

5 star hotel with very delicious and many options of food

For the price it's ok food. No oysters, best stuff are western food.

We recently stayed and loved every minute of our time there, in fact we extended our stay because it was so lovely to stay there. Everyone we dealt with was outstanding in their service as well as being extremely welcoming, friendly and polite. We couldn't fault anything. All the meals we had were beautiful. The buffet breakfast is amazing. Being close to the Sentral train station was an added bonus. Will definitely recommend to others.

customer service really bad. ive called to ask for the restaurant but a girl answer my call are not friendly. its on 31st oct 2019, 14:58. next time give a training to your custoner service.

Great location..well connected to all the public transport. Good gym facilities surrounded by the fine dining and fancy bars. Please stop letting people smoke at the bar next to the pool with kids swimming around. No common sense at all.
