Good location situated on the klia express chain. Hotel has a good selection of restaurants including Italian, Japanese and steakhouse. Plus hotel bars and main buffet. Great pool and fitness centre shared with neighbouring Holton hotel.

As it is directly connected to the KL Central Station, it is the hotel that gets the fastest after getting off the plane outside the airport. Facilities are also recommended as large hotel chain members are fully equipped. However, it may be the only drawback that there is no local restaurant right from the hotel.

I'm a business traveller so being able to work is my highest priority. During my stay the wifi was so bad it was near impossible. Even though I reported the issue on 3 devices, in my room, club, lobby etc I was told it was me. I went up to the club and asked other folks all who said it was terrible. I asked to speak with the duty manager to find out what was going on and the call was not returned... :-( I ended up working from the Starbucks over the road. Otherwise the hotel is acceptable, however not up to the standard of the Hilton right next door for a similar price. I won't be staying here again. The positive, the staff were overall good, the restaurants expensive but good. Without the wifi problems I'd rate it as 4 stars.

My wife and I are quite fussy travelers, we often have complaints about hotels. This time we're travelling with our new 5 month old daughter for the first time, so we're particularly sensitive to things going smoothly.

Le Meridien is clean and luxurious. The view from the room is amazing, the 8th floor outdoor pool area (shared with Hilton) is to die for. The staff are very friendly & accommodating. The proximity to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral is fantastic, we can get to both with a buggy without carrying up stairs etc.

The only slight complaints: the cot they provided is basic and without padding - it's too easy for her to roll into the bars and hurt herself; the shower head leaks slightly; we were surprised that you have to go to the Hilton side of the pool area to use the gym.

But overall our stay has been wonderful so far.

Brilliant hotel, massive pool in terms of surface area which closes at 10pm, but I remained in until 11pm! I particularly enjoyed the pool side bar, and the food will not disappoint. It's a minute away by foot to KL sentral, which connects you to KLIA, KLCC and other parts of the capital via rail. Will definitely stay there again.

Lift services is lousy and i would never want to return here it's just because of the lift reason. Accomodation was faily good and the kid's really had a good swim at their large swimming pool. Not a place to be, return and recommend

Truly exceptional hotel right in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It is a fair distance from the airport by taxi and if you can use the KL Express do it and it will reduce the cost as well. Location is central to shopping and historical sites and getting around is easy especially by train and other forms of public transportation. Hotel is one of the best, Swift check-in and cost effective and the service is high. Malaysians in general are really friendly and one will enjoy their travels here.

Best hotel with the best security ever! Food and hospitality was great. Was here for a seminar. However those painter palette seems a bit weird to use as plates...but perfect to hold coffee while standing and eating! If only more people know how to hold it hahaha...

Used for family travel. Facilities and hospitality are great. Above all, a pool with a slider is a great pleasure for elementary school children. Access to the city is also very convenient if you use GRAB TAXI or UBER from the front of the hotel.

Solid hotel, comfortable rooms. Lots of good dining options. Location is convenient if not scenic. Impossible to walk in the surrounding area. Mostly a hotel for business travel; I wouldn't recommend going as a tourist.

My main complaint is that on three separate occasions, my room key has stopped working. It allows me to use the elevator but not access my room.

Strategically located in KL Sentral :) I prefer to stay here because of the great service, convenience and comfort. The king size bed is ultra comfy, you have choices for pillows, great view whether the lake or skyscrapers at KL Sentral. The price per night isn't bad at all too between USD120-150.

The pool is amazing too so make sure you get to enjoy it when you stay there.

I have the breakfast buffet as part of my hotel room booking. A lot of food choices, staffs are friendly. Their food offerings are a lot better than that of the Le Meridien Putrajaya. I specially liked their steak. :)

Luxurious with great and attentive service. Room was spacious and clean. Excellent location to kl sentral which will link you to the major rail lines. Lounge areas was open but with very creative nooks and corners for private conversations. The charging corner was very thoughtful. the only small issue is that the welcome drink is limited to coffee only.

Great High-End Hotel directly connected to KL Sentral Station and the Airport Express.
Might no be in Downtown KL, but you have a perfect connection to KLs Public Transportation System.
Rooms are modern and spacious. Great restaurants in the Hotel or you can just hope over to the Mall on the other side of KL Sentral and use the Food Court there.
The Executive Lounge here is one of the best in Asia, so if you booked a room with Lounge access or are a member of the Hotels points program you are in for a treat.
The Pool is shared with the Hilton Hotel next door, as well as the well equipped Gym.

My new favourite KL Hotel!

My new favourite KL Hotel!

I never rate hotels 5 stars but this hotel deserves 6 stars! From beginning to end of my stay was flawless.

Check in was very fast, super professional and friendly. My suite upgrade was gorgeous. Loved the modern stylish decor. The bed was heavenly and the internet was blazing fast. Housekeeping did thorough job was very generous with toiletries and bottled water.

The Executive Lounge is one of if not the very best out of ALL Marriott properties I ve visited. From the stylish decor to the genuinely friendly staff to the top quality food quality and options. Everything was perfect with each of my visits.

Breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. Biggest selection I ve ever seen. Loved the homemade Greek yoghurt.

Hotel location is very convenient as it is connected to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral Mall.

The place is very comfortable, well facilitated. Regular rooms aren't big but very efficient and comfortable. Both window lights and in room lightings are sufficient if you do not like a dark room like most hotels. Outdoor pool on the 8th floor is huge and pretty, hot tub is also available, well equipped big size gym on the same floor with bar and spa service, all of the above are sharing with the Hilton hotel next door. Buffet breakfast on the 6th floor is great with hugh selections, great quality foods with great flavours. Across the street from the ground floor is the main train station, it is also the connection to a indoor shopping mall which opens till 10 pm.

The room was smaller than expected and there was no bathtub and it was disappointing.
However, the transportation is convenient. It is located at the central station. It is only a stop on the express train of the airport. It is also a stop to go to Guzhongcheng.
On the 33rd floor of the hotel, the lounge view and service are excellent, and you can enjoy the perfect food. Then go to the 8th floor swimming pool to swim in the sun. The super-optimal swimming pool design, the bad mood of the small room and no bathtub disappears immediately.

Was hasitating between the Hilton and Le Meridian as the two are literally next to each other and they even share the swimming pool! Went for the latter and didn't regret it. I wouldn't say that it was easy to find the hotel first time arriving from airport by KLIA express train. But wasn't impossible either. Lobby decor is just jaw dropping. Very modern and stylish. Check in was done quickly (was almost midnight) by polite staff. Room was good size and nicely decorated. Bathroom had all the amenities you need! Liked all the different mood lights in the room. Bottled water is provided as tap water in KL is not drinkable. Swimming pool was also good and provided amazing spot for sunset (you cannot see the sun actually) but the sky was beautiful. Breakfast has such a vast selection... Was difficult to pick what to eat! Loved our stay!

i really enjoyed my time here. They had mobile phone charging port facilities. V good ambience and a superfast Wifi which u can connect free for 3 days. It's just above the KLSentral station. The elevators and lifts take you from P1 Level which is the station to the hotel.
