Good accessibility via the KL Sentral Station nearby, good for functions

The staffs that we encountered was friendly helpful n generous. They make us felt comfortable.

Although the directions to the hotel are quite confusing, overall the staffs and the goods here are all great.

Excellence in every area from service to food offering at the executive lounge (with killer view!) As SPG gold member, was upgraded to corner club room. Not a huge room but very comfortable. Bathtub overlook the landscape of KL was so sensational. I had a fabulous stay.

There is a scenic view and a cave with water falling at different ends.

Overall great hotel, pool also have sliders. Easy access around the city.

Simply love their Malin+Goetz set. Service is on point, as always.

Its was exciting experience to be here, the place its really cozy, exclusive, nice ambiance and what beautiful view from the top, and the best part is near by with hub transport. KL Sentral. I having a wonderful dinner here.

Convenient location as it is internally connected to KL sentral and mall Nu sentral. View from my room was very nice. Very comfortable bed. Nice room. Plenty of water kept for your use. Multiple choice of restaurants. Most important, very helpful and warm staff. Smiles all over.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff :). Loved our vacation here! Keep it up. There is a pool with a nice bar next to it, we went there usually after 7pm and we were there mostly alone or with a minimum people around (like 2). It is very convenient if you arrive by the train from the airport (express train goes straight under the hotel so the entrance is a few meters from the train). There is also a big shopping centre under the hotel so you do not really have to travel far to do your shopping. Most of the important tourist places are close by, either by the train or taxi. Enjoy your holiday here just like we did :).

Very clean and beautiful place. Whole staff was accommodating, friendly, and warm. They really take care of their guests and always smiling. The rooms are so comfortable. Well-equipped gym. I love how they are following COVID19 safety protocols. They even provide sanitizer and face masks. The breakfast buffet was full-house during my stay because of public holiday, so we were queuing to get breakfast. However, the next day was much better for us. There's wide variety of western and local food. They allowed us to check-out late. Overall, we enjoyed every moment of our stay here. We will definitely return, but maybe not during a public holiday.

Good place to be in except few exceptions. AC was giving bad odour because of some maintenance work. They tried to fix it but it didn't work. Ambience is good. Food quality is good.

The location of this hotel is excellent. We attended a wedding celebration here with international guest members and there was simply no reason for the guest to not be able to reach KL Sentral. The hotel is well maintained. Wedding was held in glass room same level as pool follow by the ballroom on level 8. Food was good. The lighting and sound system was good.

I absolutely love the variety of breads and dips served as appetisers here. My baby loves it too. Apart from that, their wood fire pizzas are one of the better ones around klang valley at least to me. Been here numerous times and service has been great so far.

Went there for their lunch buffet. Lovely dining place. Service was great and their staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good but I remember it having more choices last time. Overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Checked out yesterday from Room 2671. We were overwhelmed when Mr. Grant the hotel manager and Mr. Raynor Dass the duty manager came to see us off and to apologise for a misinformation during our stay. This is a very nice gesture and hospitality. Thank you very much from the bottom of our hearts. I shall say this is a top notch hotel, very convenient to move around and most importantly Le Meridien 's most courteous and friendly staffs. Highly recommended to tourists and fellow Malaysians to stay at this hotel during your vacation.

Food is amazingly good except for the crab is not so fresh, the yogurt ice cream is the best and their desserts are not bad too.

Strategic location in terms of foods, transportation and minor shopping

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the last 4 years.
Hotel is next to KL Sentral Station & Nu Sentral mall. A 28 minute train ride from KL Airport brings you directly to the hotel. Room service & dine-in restaurants serves great good. Staff is friendly. Gym & pool are great.

Went there for an event, the breakfast serve was marvelous.

The lobby cafe is good place for a business coffee meeting. The ambience is great and staff are friendly.

Best Beef Burger for room service I had on a long time.

Cant comment much as during the pandemic most of the cafe are closed before 6pm. Not a good place to have meetings sadly

Preferred hotel in KL with excellent gym shared with the Hilton. Spoilt with choices of restaurants and nice shopping centre at Nu Sentral.

Nice hotel,good lobby area and bars, breakfast buffet is very good. Efficient service and comfortable beds and pillows...Everything good plus very handy to Kl Sentral and KL express train (30 mins)...Also can catch monorail and other trains here

I was telling myself that I'll definitely come back here until the moment a waitress opened a 1L mineral water imported from Italy which caused me RM30 when I asked for a refill (the first waitress poured the first glass from a jug!). I come here for the food and did not expect to pay the ridiculous price for a bottle of mineral water. Nonetheless the lamb shank was fantastic.

Stayed 2 nights before heading to Penang. The club lounge is nice place to have a couple of drinks. Centrally located. The check in could be a tad bit more organized, took a lil longer than expected to check in.

All in all a good experience. Thumbs up to all the staff that served with a genuine friendly smile!

Best Business Hotel in KL. We dined at the Latest Recipe for our 6th wedding anniversary in a simple way, bought the voucher from Fave. The redemption was so easy, our table was decorated with baloons, the wait-staff was so attentive and helpful, clearing empty plates so quickly. I personally liked the California Rolls they make, so deliciously made. Also, the Penne Carbonara, Chef Pandian (If i spelt his name correctly), one of the best pasta I have tasted, cooked to perfection, in comparison to pastas made in Italy itself. By the time reaching the indian corner at last, the food looked abit unattended or on the warmer far too long, the vegetarian dishes were great. Finally, we had our desserts and ice-cream, the waiter brought a cake with a candle for us, to celebrate our anniversary, so nice of them! We truly appreciate it, will keep that in our memories for a long time to come. Thank You Le Meridien KL. And thanks Fave.

Nice hotel, with lots of very good restaurants on the premises. Swimming pool and gym are shared with Hilton. Swimming pool does not provide for laps due irregular shape. However, it is nice place to relax. Gym is well equipped and fairly big. Location is not the best. For those who travel light and do not care hassle when using local transportation it may prove convenient.

Very convenient hotel and the KL Sentral station is a hub to catch KTM, monorail, KLIA. The room is clean and tidy. There is a swimming pool , gym and spa shared with Hilton
