We can always rely on the Sofital for all our requirements. Safe Parking, good room, good meals,lovely staff,nothing is too much for them, easy access to the airport. So far we have no complaints. Thank you Sofital.

Great overall experience with Sofitel for overnight stay and holiday parking. So easy to use, superb service throughout. Had a very good meal in the Brasserie at reasonable cost after using the gymnasium/fitness suite. So close to North terminal Departures at Gatwick and Arrivals via covered bridge.
Will definitely use again when flying from Gatwick. Staff were a credit to your company.

Great hotel. Good price. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are decent size, modern and have air-conditioning. Located directly accross from Gatwick North Terminal with a bridge/ walkway from hotel to departures.
Staff seemed to think I had a double rrom not a single but were very professional. Had a room on the noisy side of the hotel but still top quality.
Lovely room but hairdryer was missing however it was a vet enjoyable stay prior to honeymoon, we'll be back next year from certain.
I have no chance to stay this hotel, because they advised me that they had no available rooms although I have booked and prepaid two days before. I was very surprised about this condition after ten hours flight. They made double booking.
This is my fave airport hotel, great location, excellent breakfast and only a short walk through the tunnel to the airport.
Book the family room and you actually get two clean large adjoining rooms.
You know you're on the way to your holiday when you walk up the tunnel.
Great service from the moment we pulled up. Very helpful with my son in his wheelchair. A big thank you to Gabriela Libanio who took my son and I to the top floor executive lounge to view the planes coming into land and complimentary drinks, definitely above and beyond.
The Urban restaurant was very well priced and the food was excellent.
I wouldn't think twice about staying here again.

Went for a work Christmas do. Hall was lovely and well decorated bar staff were nice and lobby was nice to sit in however catering was very poor unfortunately
As always, a warm and friendly welcome. Efficient, courteous and informative check in staff. Clean room and public areas. The facilities and efficiency of the 8th floor lounge staff were as good as ever. It is well worth the extra charge for an 8th floor room as the Millesime lounge is included as is the mini bar in the room. My husband and I have stayed here many times and will continue to return.
When booking a room well in advance of our stay I specified a quiet room on the outside of the hotel. When checking in no note of this was on my booking details and the we could hear aircraft noise all night and therefore had little sleep. Perhaps the fact whoever took my original booking, although very pleasant, had poor command of English and several details were spelt wrongly.
The food in the Brasserie whilst of acceptable quality was nevertheless expensive especially when 12.5% service charge was added for not particularly fast service.
The room itself was very clean and comfortable.
Two visits in the bar. Disaster. 4 waitresses, wrong or no delevery. Nobody felt responsable.

I have stayed at the Sofitel several times before early morning flights and am always very glad that I did. The hotel is connected to the North terminal via a short walkway making it very easy to reach at any time. It has a beautiful central atrium with several restaurants, including an excellent Asian restaurant that is quite a treat for an airport hotel. The rooms face onto the atrium and are very comfortable. The British Airways arrivals lounge is on lower ground floor.

We always stay at this hotel prior to jetting off on our holiday. The Sofitel is the perfect start to our holiday as we arrive the night before the flight. We always eat in one of the amazing restaurant's, and fully relax ready for the cattle car flight the next day.
Great to feel that we added an extra night to our holiday. Enjoyed a drink in the lovely bar. Room service and then an early night before our 4am wake-up call. Very much appreciated the short meander to North Terminal.
