Receptionist was bad dealing with my booking problem and services overall isn't good

The hotel is not clear from outside you can t identify if it is a hotel or hospital, no clear signage, very dark inside and huge. Good staff.

A beautiful and calm hotel, and the reception they have is excellent .. The disadvantage is that it is so quiet that you feel that you are the only one living in the hotel ... and you feel lonely and alone. I remember one day I met a guest at the breakfast buffet, and it was an indescribable feeling of joy

An old hotel that has not been renewed since its opening in the 1980s and eaten badly and does not deserve the name of the city nor the meridian world mark

For the position in which it is located (Medinha) I would say that it is a good hotel, the meals are good and the rooms, although all for smokers, are acceptable. To be a 5 stars lacks some services like fitness or louge-bar, we consider however that we are in Arabia in a city of worship.

A clean and luxurious hotel but old fashioned Hadi and far from noise away from the Haram about 4K

One of the oldest and most beautiful hotels in Madinah, located within the edge of the Haram on the western edge of the valley of the blessed Agiq .. The hotel, which dates back to the eighties, the intimate nature and beautiful rooms, and pleasant gardens surrounding the building with tranquility and the diversity of the facilities very beautiful interior.

Would definitely not recommend. It doesn't have an A + feature that is not worth the price. And you can face a lot of problems.

This is a very nice and lovely place to stay who visit Medina.Very good service and Rooms and also very quiet place, buffet is very good. Also shuttle service from and to Medina on every prayer times. Totally very good service and very good sraffs.

This place is beautiful, sovereign just a bit far from the Holy Mosque Nabawi. Breakfast is superb. Love the breads.

The luxury and exquisite hotel served it world class and is close to the women's gym

The room is fine; although transdutional, the bed is very high, there is no gym, no pool, it is under construction

I have not visited hotel rooms before but it is a very suitable place for seminars and events .. Quiet and secluded .. There is no traffic in the neighboring streets and parking available

Very bad dining dinner at room, old shrimps & fish, with bad cooking.

First of all they have a huge space of everything, you can find alot of parking spaces there , Salon , Resturants and other facilties are there too . Rooms are cleans and big enough , althoug it is old furniture and i belive pillows, Blankets etc need to replace with new one.
Service are good , staff is cooperative as well. However it is not full fill 5 star ratings requirement as their Internet service is bad,Wifi disconnected after every 5 mins. Which is irritating.
