Hotel is nice. Staff is nice. Food was good. Rooms are good.

Old but fancy hotel..
No nice views, but rooms are clean, and good customers service..

The laundry service is really poor
I am late from my work because my uniform doesn t delivered to my room on time
Been calling many times to the reception then laundry guy hit my room with wrong uniform! Seriously!? How come ya ni 5 star hotel can t even deal with the laundry well. I missed my bfast n late to my work!

At least the reception should inform me beforehand so i will not having miserable morning day

So if you have to leave in the morning better don t do the laundry to be on safe side!

All other things were good except this laundry thing :(
