I love Walther! It has been a blessing to our family! My daughter is currently in Middle School and attended the lower level school!

Even durning a difficult pandemic we can see God working in the school and through the teachers, principal, assistant principal and Staff!!

I thank you all at Walther for what you have done for our family these years we have spent with you!

God bless!!!!

The choir tour sang in Hoyleton, IL Friday and we hosted 3 delightful girls--Leah U., Aria J., and Khuyla W. If all the student body conducts themselves as well as they did, the Lord is doing great things in your (still Lutheran?) school. em

We are big fans of Walther! Our poor daughter attended 5 high schools due to a bunch of moves and a school closure. She landed at Walther for her senior year and had the best experience of the 5 high schools she attended. My son is a current senior and began at Walther as a freshman. The arts program is fantastic, and they both really enjoyed participating in choir, praise band, concert band, jazz band, and drama. My son enjoyed participating in sports as well. We are also pleased with the Concordia University dual credit program that Walther offers. The administration and staff have done a great job creating a culture that is academically and spiritually sound and is responsive to parents which is super appreciated. Walther is a gem!

There is, NO PLACE LIKE HOME! As former student, alumni, parent, teacher, administrator, and more importantly, a father. A father to our WCA students in the same way that our Lord and Savior has done for all of us.
I have witnessed so many blessings in and outside of Walther Christian Academy formally Walther Lutheran High School and I am happy for my children to continue on my legacy as being a BRONCO. WCA is my home, my family, my life.

I went too Walther Lutheran high school in 1979-1981. I was bullied ,slapped by a Debbie Berghaus. I never forgot the abuse. I couldn't believe how much I was picked on . I mentioned to Mr Gillingham ( forgot exactly his name) and the biology teacher whose daughter was Ursula on homecoming court. I was told no big deal. I rememberbringing my ma who had cancer to a parent teacher conference, open housr, afterwards the next day I was asked why my mother looked like a crazy woman by Kim goben.real nice.
