The strangest hotel system I have ever had in my life
The marriage hall is in the lobby, and the banquet is sitting in the lobby and corridors? !!
And the passage of the inmates from among the impositions of marriage !!!
Dinner buffet in the second lobby overlooking the rooms
It means the inconvenience and comfort of eating, connecting to the entrance to the room and the corridors of the hotel
It does not contain any privacy or respect for the inmate
I mean, as if you live in a marriage hall !!

OK hotel, not a cozy place unlike most Le Meriden but Good nonetheless

Its OK. If I have to choose hotel (instead of my company) I'll rather choose some comfy saudi apartment. Room old, bad smell,water pressure in shower was dissaster(been there two times different rooms-same).

When there is a wedding or people eating it is really impossible to sleep there, as the tables are in front of the room doors;food very expensive and quantity small

High prices in the restaurant and accommodation in the hotel

The banquet hall is good and the dining area is spacious

Toilets are very very dirty and very poorly maintained. Lecture halls are avarage

Old fashion style, large rooms, out of Haram area, good facilities for events & various halls.

Worst ever .. I came with my wife and 4 daughters after a long driving trip.

minimum 8 min for check in, late response to customer requests, 1 person on a desk doing the check in very slowly, manager on vacation, over price, room not what I reserved

I had tried this hotel about 2 years earlier and the same problem

will never do it again..

Old hotel. Smelly rooms. Ineffective furniture layout for long stays.

A saudi Man who is the MANAGER of food and beverages department( F& B department ) is very bad....he has very bad behaviour...he dont know how to behave to human beings.... He's arrogant . He shouts at staffs for unnecessary reasons. And disrespect customers. He is The only bad
person i have seen with that character in holy medina.... le Meridian medina should be Ashamed to keep him as there Staff..... First thing a person should study is to behave properly. As we know if character is gone every thing is gone. No matter what else he has. Even the staffs of le meridien has no good opinions about him. Otherthan this person le meridien medina is best.

Very beautiful and the most I like the organization there

Wonderful place. Courteous staff, nice and clean rooms. They also offer free too and fro shuttle service to Prophet PBUH mosque for 5 prayers

Nice hotel, with good security and services the food is also very tasty..

They had a unit night stay in their room and their service was excellent

The hotel is excellent, but the workers in the deadlock deal with you coldly and show no friendliness

A large hotel on Al-Fadi unfortunately has no soul in it to have to renew the blood of its staff some have 40 years in its location

The hotel is excellent for people who prefer central traffic. The location is in a lively area, very close to Sultanah where there are many restaurants and cafes.

A 5 star hotel but it is in the city center and far from the Haram

Big rooms , clean ,good parking, but it is so far from Haram (out of Haram borders) , the breakfast not bad no gym service .
Finally very very very very bad wifi

Old, breakfast is very limited in choices. I think for non Muslim is one of the few options if any
