Honestly, a very clean, luxurious, comfortable hotel and sophisticated treatment by all employees, from the youngest worker to the largest employee. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and completely calm, as well as the beauty of the hotel.
Also, I would like to thank Mr. Ramadan in the food and beverage department for the upscale dealings and facilitation of all booking methods from rooms and meeting rooms.

The Le Meridien is a nice hotel and has nice rooms that's the only plus, but as far as customer service the personnel at the front desk are no help at all good example is the first day myself and associates checked in we were told that we couldn't check in until 4pm which was insane because we were told that there were no rooms available, that's complaint #1. Complaint 2 is that there is no fixed gym facility available to those that wanna work out, there is but the gym that they have in the area has been in progress for years and still has not opened it's doors. 3rd complaint is the food the variety is very limited or they don't have what your asking for on the menu and breakfast is always cold or the same item everyday which is very frustrating, but there are food facilities that are in distance in which make up for the lack of the restaurant on the premises. I don't know where they got their 5 star rating from but it needs to be changed to 0 stars and 1 star is just being generous.

One of the worst hotels I stayed in, high price that does not fit with furniture or service, old and worn out furniture, very bad service, inconvenience of room service and their entry despite marking please do not disturb and when complaining there is no response. I would never recommend it.

The hotel is located near Sultana Road

I would not advise on preparing the grooms for the salon with a low standard and no cleanliness

I liked the internal change of the hotel, but it needs an external change, especially though it is the only hotel in the city that receives the hosts of the airlines away from the Haram area

Really enjoyed my stay there.

For me, I attended events and weddings in it, I did not know the rooms and did not enter them ... There are two halls for events and I feel the entrance is of a beautiful old style that reminds you of the good days, as well as for the occasion hall, tidy and clean, in which you can do what suits you and the bathrooms are clean And there is a place for abayas, delicious and clean food, and the dining hall is also tidy and sweet .. its problem is the high price of one night, otherwise it is completely

I stayed here 15 years ago and at the time, it was nice, but had definitely taken on a bit of a shabby and rundown to appearance. Since that time, it has been totally redone and now has classic and updated rooms while maintaining the open central courtyard interiors.

The restaurant apparently just reopened after a major update. Food was pretty good, with a nice but not overwhelming variety.

Overall a much nicer experience than I had back in 2004.

Old style, but cleanliness and nice attention Follow-up and work is clear about the hotel, its furniture and cleanliness is something that opens the soul, but I noticed the reception staff do not have a chair!
