Gourmet restaurant practicing the young formula of the stars of Alsace. Beautiful and delicious. What is expected of a starred restaurant!
The veal is super tender and delicious, and the desserts are multi-layered and delicious.
A little disappointed with what they say. The place is nothing exceptional and the decor is a bit nonexistent.
Side dishes is good but too expensive for what it is.
Besides, it's quite noisy. Mixed results
We had a wonderful lunch in this restaurant.
It was a moment of sharing and conviviality memorable as well by a diligent service as by excellent dishes worked with finesse and great professional mastery. Sumptuous wines offered with skill and humility. A very pleasant setting under a romantic and spacious glass roof.
Really a pity that the Michelin guide is no longer true. From one star to another ... if one is off, a lunch last month, in the same town with a new star more than miserable, that of the chef Eric illuminates and amazes you.
Michelin wake up, your aura wobbles!
Are you not challenged by the rising cries of pain of your old faithful? Do not you expect the call of the outraged?
Do not you see the tears of the faithful of Ilhaeusern and other great incomparable and do not you feel your end coming? Already we are talking about you in the past.
You went down to the grave of the forgotten.
You've been living your reputation for a long time ... you do not have anything shining anymore.
I remember that in Lyon, passing in front of a two stars relegated to one that the leader had, in his window of the banks of the Rhone, a flat tire with this annotation "if you trust Michelin this is what will happen to you"
Joannes Nandron was the author ... was it premonitory for you the moribund guide?
Excellent food, idyllic surroundings, impeccable service, no false note if you are invited and it is someone else who pays the bill!
Very good restaurant
Excellent perfect cuisine, a small downside because the wine kept away from the table takes time to be served and paying for a carafe of water 6.50 is a bit annoying (if only for the principle of paying tap water)
A great moment of pleasure, both for the executive and for the taste buds.
With the kindness of Chef Eric, it is a must in Strasbourg.
Very nice atmosphere. The food was very good and the service was fast and friendly.
A pleasant time spent in a beautiful setting. Original and refined dishes with impeccable service. My favorite restaurant in Strasbourg.
2 nd experience of the tasting menu and again a very nice taste trip. Special mention for frog legs (which are to die for) and sweetbreads in a dream menu. Attentive service, flexibility for a change of dessert and a charming little attention for the occasion of a birthday. Mention also for the sommelier and his very good advice to accompany the dishes. A nice place for great opportunities. A big thank-you !
Outstanding! Eating the star worthy. In the middle of the park, the location is of course top. Although we were there in the winter evenings, but must be absolutely great in the summer.
Menu and service as you would expect from such an establishment. All very satisfied and we can recommend this fine restaurant with a clear conscience.
