-100 stars, if possible. They are thieves. I parked and paid, got my ticket as evidence. These crooks sent a parking charge notice and I appealed, they withdrawn my appeal and gave no reason and they sent me a bill of £160. Rang their office and was told the person to answer calls regarding this is on leave, no one to sort issue while she's away. They are scammers, preying on innocent public, absolutely vile and disgusting business. I dont know how you sleep at night, robbing people blind to enrich yourself.You will get what's coming to you, disgusting crooks.

Minus -5 would be more appropriate! Be wary, when you try to pay for this scam-style, appeared-overnight parking-permit sign located up a height on a lamp post parking ticket online, the site says: NOT SECURE. What does that tell you?? No chance! Another alternative payment method asks for all your card details in writing, long number, valid from and to date, name on card AND your 3 digit security code, oh and asks you tick to say you're happy to let them use your card!! NOT LIKELY! The local Council needs to get a grip on this, Id be far happier paying them if indeed I had made a mistake.

An absolute bunch of crooks with no respect for the Code of Practice they signed up to or the law. Sent two PCNs out 7 months after I parked, when supposed to send out within 14 days. Appealed to IAS, who LDK are a member of through the IPC. Won one of the appeals and given two weeks to pay the other. I then received two letters from a debt collector in respect of both PCNs. They had been instructed less than a week after the appeals were decided.

Avoid their car parks and stand up to them.

Hi this company are total scammers as I ve used the car park at Durham hospital and tyres too contact them too report that the time on the pay machine is 10 minutes fast so when you purchase a ticket you ll have too be gone in 50 minutes and it ll take a minimum of 10 minutes to get too the ward you need too be at... and it s been like this wrong time for about 6 weeks and I bet someone visits the machine every other day too take there cash but yet never corrects the time as it ll probably be set like that on purpose... what I started doing because I ve heard they scam people is take a picture with my iPhone of the ticket held up too the time on the box too show the difference between times and my iPhone geo tags the picture as proof in case they try too ticket me as I refuse too be back until what I ve payed for ... so look out for this if your parking in this car park or any of there car parks as I bet there s more like this in there other car parks !!!!!!
