An absolute bunch of crooks with no respect for the Code of Practice they signed up to or the law. Sent two PCNs out 7 months after I parked, when supposed to send out within 14 days. Appealed to IAS, who LDK are a member of through the IPC. Won one of the appeals and given two weeks to pay the other. I then received two letters from a debt collector in respect of both PCNs. They had been instructed less than a week after the appeals were decided.

Avoid their car parks and stand up to them.
