Minus -5 would be more appropriate! Be wary, when you try to pay for this scam-style, appeared-overnight parking-permit sign located up a height on a lamp post parking ticket online, the site says: NOT SECURE. What does that tell you?? No chance! Another alternative payment method asks for all your card details in writing, long number, valid from and to date, name on card AND your 3 digit security code, oh and asks you tick to say you're happy to let them use your card!! NOT LIKELY! The local Council needs to get a grip on this, Id be far happier paying them if indeed I had made a mistake.
