I found ecstasy in the bathroom there. Not cool. I took my seven kids there, and I was utterly shocked. It was messed up.

My daughter had a great time. She loved the trampoline and is excited about going back to play laser tag.

The kids love playing here. The "viewing area" needs improved, you really can't see the kids enjoy it from where it's located. But it's a great family fun place to go.

I've been in twice now and each time I had my kids and played rounds of Lazer Tag. My problem isn't so much with the facility itself but with the fact that there is no real monitoring of the lazer tag area. Rules are not enforced...people running, kneeling, laying on the floor, which is part of the big 6 they give you up front. That takes the fun out of it when you trip over some kid, get run over by some one who is at full tilt, or a host of other things I've seen in just my brief 2 visits.

My primary complaint with this operation is the rule they don't have....continuously tracking someone in packs and shooting so that they never get the chance to play. In three out of the four games I played this happened. The only reason it didn't happen in the other one was because it was just me and the kids. These "wonderful" (sarcasm) individuals targeted my 5 year old daughter. In 2 of those games it was adults victimizing her. What is up with that? Not hugged enough as a child? On top of that, if you are good at it suddenly you're visited by a pack and rendered nonoperational for the rest of the game and they won't leave you alone and continuously fire on you.

When I complained, I was told sorry, but they didn't have a rule for that. I was also told by 2 different, very nice but very ineffective teenagers, that there isn't anything they can do. I've heard about this stalking from many of my children's friends as well. If I had not been there on free passes I would have demanded my money back.

I will never go there as a paying customer. They don't care about fair play and even if they did, they don't have the staff that seems to care enough or numerous enough to insure it. So, instead of the 5 of us leaving today with a great experience, we were left with a traumatized 5 year old and the experience of being wolf packed by the less talented and rule breakers.

It could be a great experience.....but unfortunately, it's not. I still have some free passes...my experience was bad enough that I'm not even sure I'll use them. How bad is that?

Great place to take younger children I gave 3 stars simply because there are too many rules on the trampoline all you can do is jump up and down

Needs an atm or the ability to take a card at the token machine.

We filed out the waiver for the indoor trampoline park. We got there and only one of the children were under my care, but I didn't know they both had to be. They told us to have either mom or dad the food the waiver online for the other child and the dad did. We went up and told him the man that it was confirmed. They told us the the waiver was not there and that it never arrived. We wait for at least half an hour and nothing. Until I went to ask another worker she told us it hasnt came in, yet, but that it doesn't start until 4. The lady was nice, but the man never told us it was going to be a 2 hour wait even if it did or did not come in. It was not fun and not cool for them to make us wait that much time knowing it wouldn't have started at 4.

We had a great time going here. Took my grandkids and daughter who spent an hour jumping on the trampolines and then we spent 2 hours playing games. What a great time and they have laser tag but we didn't have time.to play. Make sure you have at least 3 hours to spare when you go. They also have a party room.

I had a good time. The later tag was a bit small but still had a great time with friends.

It sucked. 20$ of fun for 100$. Go to gattitown instead.

Not happy with this place after our 2nd visit. Went there with a party of 5 to jump. Told the girl at the front I wanted the 60 minute jump session. It never clicked in my head what the total was but I only ended up paying for the 30 minute session....my fault I guess but it worked out because once we went in for our jump session it was miserable. First time we went we had a blast jumping. However this time the girl watching the trampoline must have been trying for employee of month cause every little thing someone did, she was on them to stop. To start with my youngest who is 4 wasnt to much into jumping but more into walking around carrying the balls they have there, he ended up getting on the same "square" as my other child and she had the nerve to come over and try to explain to him not to get on the same trampoline as another kid. First off ***** dont talk to my kid. What is point of teaching a child not to talk to strangers if you're just gonna try and have a one on one conversation with him like he is an adult and gonna listen to a word you say anyway? If my 4 yr old came onto the same part of the trampoline I was on to hand me a ball or grab one and that **** would tell him not to be on the same square again. Look he is 4 yrs old. He is my kid. Neither of us were jumping due to handing a ball to one or the other. What the hell is the point of the waiver you sign if anything g you do still you're gonna be told not to do? This continued to go on and was absolutely ridiculous. Then about 15 minutes into our jump session a group of kids were getting off to leave or do something else, I'm not sure due to not caring however once they got off the trampoline they were told by the worker to go back and get the balls and put them up....the very same balls the rest of us were playing with now due to we were still jumping! Also while an older child in our group, 15, was jumping and would fall, the worker would be right on her to "get up you cant be sitting on the trampoline." Calm the **** down! Give someone a damn minute to get back up. The worker was very rude and unprofessional. Anyway after about 30 minutes most of our group left the trampoline to cool off and get a drink when I was approached by a worker who I assume was a manager. He asked if I had my receipt. Which I didnt because it didnt matter to me to have. He walked away and came back and stated we had only paid for 30 minute. We could go up and pay the difference to jump the next 30. Ok sure thanks but no thanks. No way are we dealing with "No dont do that Milo" We gathered up our stuff, finished playing the tokens the kids had and left. Will never go back to this place. Why pay $15 to basically jump up and down while making sure no one including your small child can not even come near you to talk to you? Lay off on the damn rules some or do away with the waiver. If someone gets hurt they get hurt. What if someone was to get hurt? How would they get medical attention to them if not more than one person can be on the same square? Place is a joke or atleast tonights jump worker was.

Lazer tag was awesome. But definitely don't last long enough. And there was nothing but kids instead of skilled players. Should have a night where certain ages play other then that it was pretty awesome

I was looking up this company to research places for a birthday party. Whereas I look at reviews but take them with a grain of salt I can't help but to see the comments from "the owner." Passive aggressiveness is not something I deal well with and if there wAs an issue obviously that is how it is responded too. Just a fyi to "the owner" the way you interact on your reviews makes you look like a jerk and will not be earning my business because of it.

Fun place for the family. Have hosted a birthday party and just attended one both were excellent

Friendly staff, nice selection of entertainment, & pizza is better than expected!

I've been to several bday parties here as well as brought my children just to have fun. They have a small section of arcade games where they can earn tickets to turn in for prizes. They have a large trampoline area and of course my favorite is the laser tag! Kids and parents can both play and it is so much fun! I can't decide who has more fun- the kids or adults! The staff are usually teenagers- young adults but very nice. Great place for a bday party or just to have fun on a rainy day!

Fun but overpriced. $45 for me and my 2 kids to play twice, so only like 30 mins of entertainment that isn't $45 worth. They were not that busy....which makes the games boring as well. Lower that price and I'd bet you'd have a lot more customers....more people playing, more fun, more money for you. This was at 1pm on a Sunday....prime time, should have been crowded. Price....drop it down. $5 games.....will be standing room only in there.

Really enjoyed it, except the gun kept rebooting so there needs to be some testing / quality control. Once they get that sorted out this will be five stars for sure.

Went here for a birthday party. The kids had a lot of fun.

Very few people were here when I showed up. Me and my buddy stopped by and ended up having to play 1 on 1. Trampoline park was a lot of fun though.

Fun place for big groups and small groups of people to go and just have fun and maybe debreef from the day they have had

This was a very solid place for lazer tag. I took my girlfriend here with the intentions of getting some. Did not work out that way for me but I did have a great time playing lazer tag.

The day I went they had a large group of people. They allowed too many people out at one time on the floor. It was just way too crowded to enjoy yourself. You are always running into someone. And the games out front are horrible. Don't waste your tokens.

Went for a birthday party for my sons friend. They got to do the bounce house and a game of laser tag. The kids had a blast running around and now is all my son wants to do for his party. The server we had for the party was very polite to everyone even the kids who were drilling him with questions the whole time. All in all its a great place for family fun and would recomend it to any one.

My family and I visited this location when we attended a birthday party. We were exited to be able to play Lazer tag with all the kids and was blow away by how cool and fun their Lazer tag facility is! We had a really good time and was very please with our overall experience. One of my favorite Lazer tag courses.

My kids loved the laser tag experience. It was the customer service that was a problem. Being anemic, ice is helpful. I asked for a courtesy cup of ice. It turned into a great ordeal. I still don't quite understand why I was refused but I was told I could use the water fountain. As I think of water fountains none of them have ice. We spent good money for the children to have a great time to be told I couldn't have ice, however, ice was given to someone else.

WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Very dissatisfied. We paid for the so called "unlimited play" the girl at the counter said our color was next. We waited for two hours and watched all of the other teams colors get called. We went to the desk and asked when it was our turn and they said we were next. Waited for another 30 minutes. We finally talked to the manager and asked for a refund. He said we would get to play soon. The store was closing in less then an hour. We said no we didn't get to play at all and it's not what we paid for. He was very rude and said he couldn't refund us even when we asked very nicely. Will NEVER go here again.

Always loads of fun! I frequent this place with my youth group and everyone always has a great time!

We've had a couple of birthday parties here and have been pleased each time. The party guide was friendly and provided enough guidance to keep the party moving without us feeling rushed. I highly recommend it!

The kids had a great time. Staff was great and super friendly. They even let me get a picture of all 7 of my kids in the lazer tag gear. Great place. Recommend to everyone.

Just went to this establishment for a party and it was the best experience. There was good staff and good food. What really made me give five stars was my homie Simon. He made the experience so much better. He went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and gave such service with helping us by keeping the party moving. He is the BEST and should get a raise!

The video game area is so small. Unless you rent a room there aren't any tables to sit at.

Staff was fantastic but came after work and they had no food available for purchase. If you are not going to have food available to purchase you should allow outside food to be brought in

Been several times with my son. Always packed so there are plenty of people in each game. Equipment is bit beat up at this point and space is almost too small for the amount of people usually there.

I had my son s 4th birthday party at this location, and we had a wonderful time. The pizza, ice cream, and drinks were delicious. The trampoline room was the perfect size for our group for four to seven year olds. Our party coach, Simon, is was so incredible throughout our entire party. He made sure our every need was met, and was so helpful and friendly! I would 10/10 recommend LazerKraze to a friend!

Have never been to a birthday party that wasnt good here. Our twins had their 7th here last year and the staff was very good about setting up the party with all the details. Very professional. Adults might want earplugs, man, that place can get loud!

Lazer tag, trampoline park, arcade games! Love this place. Reasonably priced and we always have a great time.

Expensive. The place is small. Would not go back. Ordered pizza and it wasn't that good.

I want to Lazer Kraze the other night to try it out with some family. We were there 40 minutes before closing to play the last round of laser tag. The staff wasn't too happy to see us so close to closing. Right when we walked in a man said "trampolines already closed". We told him we wanted to play 1 round of laser tag to try it out. They didn't even count our scores so even though we did play for 20 minutes we didn't find out who won because they didn't turn on the lasers for us to make points. When we were inside the laser room playing there were three employees standing around while we were trying to play and I just thought it was kind of weird for all of them to stand around. It's like they were wanting to hurry up our game. After waiting around and looking at the screen for our points to show up they told us it didn't even count and asked if we wanted to do it again however it was already closing time for them and we didn't want to be a nuisance to anyone wanting to leave their job so we said no. I like coming here because it looks fun however the point of this review is to inform the staff that even if people show up close to closing to still treat people with good customer service because that's what will make people want to come back.

Had a great time! We used a special that let us have 2 lazer sessions and 30 minutes of jumping.

Wacky Wednesday is the best. You can't beat the price. My Spanish club members and I had a great time. The staff was very friendly, always smiling!

Not bad for the price, the arcade games are s little pricey.

Don t waste your time or money. They suggest only going for thirty minutes because there is nothing to do.

Lazer Kraze came to my house and provided an outdoor laser tag party. The guys hosting were awesome/friendly and the kids really enjoyed their energy! Very nice event that I hope to do again!

Good place for birthday parties, has trampolines, small arcade area, and good parent viewing area in the rag area.

Clean facility. Operation runs on schedule. Safety videos are shown before people can use their facility trampolines and lazer experiences. Safety first. Pricey.

Fun for people of all ages. A little pricey but worth it.

We did a birthday party there and the lazer tag and jump room were fun but the staff are rude. And while i understand that they have to do their jobs they really shouldnt yell at 3 year olds that arent theirs to yell at.
