CallTime are a diary service for Assistant Directors, Runners, location Marshall's, etc in the film and TV industry.

Without CallTime I wouldn't be where I am today. They took me on as a graduate (on their graduate scheme, which places you into more entry level roles) and within a short time I had gone from lock off marshalling to base running.

For the past four years they've provided me with dailies work and access to contract work. Because of them I've made a slew of contacts in the drama industry, gotten to work on some really great projects and actually been able to do this as a job.

They do have limited books, so don't expect to just jump on like a high street recruitment agency; they expect good things so their clients (the people who will hire you) will also get good things.

They're understanding and professional at the same time, making a life in F&TV that little bit more manageable for everyone.

Great service ran by great people. Highly recommended service for those looking to join the industry.

Calltime are an excellent company run by a brilliant team. They listen to their members aspirations and what they want from their career, to then tailer the jobs coming in to the right person.

When I graduated I didn't know anyone in film and TV. Vicki and Tam have gotten me onto the biggest productions of the last 2 years, and from that I've been employed again and again by the same people.

These ladies are in a league of their own because they're accomplished AD's from inside the industry itself. You get a very different service from this company because so many AD / Production / Locations departments know and trust them.

Highly recommended.

From having no serious contacts in the Film Industry, Calltime bridged that gap and set me off with work on large feature films and High End TV Dramas. Without Calltime, I truly would have struggled to break into the 'fiction' side of the entertainment industry.

Both Vicki & Tamana take care in learning your desired career path and I know I can contact them if I need any advice.

Calltime are great! I only got on their books recently and so far I have been very happy with what the outcome has been. They ve been very professional when it comes to asking for advice, always quick at responding to any messages and I genuinely feel with what you pay and get in return has definitely been worth it. Calltime is a dream for graduates and those who want to work in Film but have no connections to the industry. Vicki and Tamana are accomplished Assistant Directors themselves and use their network and expertise to help train and nurture the next generation, making the industry accessible to all. Their Foundations/Trainee scheme is excellent for those starting out and their annual training event is a real crash course for those with no on-set experience. Can t recommend them enough!

Taking a few moments to review Calltime as they deserve positive recognition for their hard work and dedication to all members. Vicki and Tamana have been - and continue to be - there for me when I need help or advice. Being relatively fresh to the industry, to have such an expert authority in your corner to guide you through the ups and downs really does carry its weight in gold. Big thanks, and I'm excited to continue being apart of the Calltime family.

If i could give them less than one star i would. a lot of my friends that are with them left and i wish i had listened. it is such a scam. with another well know agency now and i am booked up to capacity. these con artists cost 75 a month More

A lot of people paying a lot of money and fighting over minimal jobs. its a scam at this point. Save a fortune on the fees and join the Whatsapp groups for work

I am happy to say I recently got accepted onto Calltime Company's diary service, and after hearing so many great things about them, they have definitely exceeded my expectations.
Vicki and Tamana regularly send out emails, and are always there if you have any questions, responding to emails very quickly. It's nice to know I have two industry professionals I can go to for help and support if I need it, and know they genuinely want their members to succeed in the industry.

I ve been a member of CallTime for 2 years and have worked on many of the biggest productions shooting in the UK thanks to Vicki and Tamana. They have an invested interest in my career development and are always at the end of the phone for advice. People often ask me how to become a PA in the film industry and I always recommend them to check out the Foundations programme. There s a lot of people who are ready to take advantage of someone starting in the film industry but I m always confident that any job I get through CallTime will be professional and paying the correct rates.
