I had passed his office for years, and then I used Brian. We had a very smooth closing, and did not need to return to Hoboken. Brian and his staff were very easy to deal with.

Brian, Janelle, and the team have supported my family through three real estate purchases, two of which were unusual. The first was a short-sale in 2009. The second was our current home that upon court-order came with a squatter inside. Our home purchase in 2009 was odd because the seller was hard to contact and did not appear at the sale. Brian and his team literally walked us through every detail of the purchase. Thanks to him and his team, we acquired our amazing first condo at a great price. The second purchase was our current home which came with a court-ordered tenant inside. We did not know the tenant and because they did not leave when the home was purchased, we were afraid that we would also have to evict them. Brian and his team walked us through all of the ins and outs of what could have occurred. Thankfully, we listened because we now have an amazing home. There are other things I could say about Brian, but they are personal. To put it simply, he is a pillar of the community. He does more work than is required of his job because he genuinely cares. I thank God for Brian and his team. God knows we need more businesses like his in New Jersey.

After back and forth ( classic bait and switch)with a big bank in town the deal was essentially dead. I was devastated.
