I have purchased 4 properties and signed 2 commercial leases in Hoboken and Brian is by far the best real estate attorney I have dealt with. The man knows his business. He takes his time to explain EVERYTHING to you and has your back through the whole process. He is honest, sincere, and responsive....always. My most recent purchase was a Brownstone in Hoboken. After back and forth ( classic bait and switch)with a big bank in town the deal was essentially dead. I was devastated. Brian did not panic, he was able to connect me with another lender and work things out with the seller and her lawyer. All within a timely fashion. I'm happy to write that my family and were able to purchase the brownstone. The guy is a magician. Do not waste your time with anyone else.
